We arrived at our apartment no 45, in Victoria Court 2 on 1st Oct 2013.
It all looked lovely, very clean. The gardens were kept very tidy. The apartment although a lovely size with huge balconies, needed care and attention. The cupboards and drawers were very grubby. Crockery and cutlery were fine (after I had washed them all). But the cooking equipment was awful. Only one giant frying pan which had domed in the centre, also a motley collection of dishes. This was supposed to be a superior apartment!
We also had cockroaches. As our Apartment was co-owned, any problems we had and we certainly had a few had to be dealt with by the team at Victoria Court 1. Whilst not a long way away it was annoying to have to walk (uphill) every time there was an issue, It would have been better to have been able to phone them, after all it was our holiday!
Because a lot of the apartments were owned we found it very clicky, and not at all welcoming. Sunloungers were allocated to these special people, tables at the bar were reserved for them, so they could all sit together while we were made to sit in the sun. We felt totally unwanted outsiders.
The information centre was a joke, the woman in there was helpful but the man was a disgrace, everything was a chore to him, he couldn't care less.We needed to see a doctor and asked for advice, absolutely no help whatsoever, in fact he was so rude, he swore at my husband and threatened him. He should be sacked, He should not be in a position dealing with people.
All in all we would never go back there, and would never recommend these apartments to anyone. Our advice would be to steer clear of apartments where most are owned as the owners form a group which excludes other holiday makers. We are a friendly couple and like to make friends on our holidays, but the atmosphere at this complex was not good.
Never again, hotels for us from now on!!!!!!
