We traveled as a family of 4, two boys aged 15 and 10 from India and opted for a family suite. Mykonos is a beautiful , small, boutique town. Complimentary pick up and drop was available from port. Very conveniently located hotel. Few meters from platy gialos beach (probably the best beach) at walking distance. Nice clean suite with all facilities exactly as these look like on hotel's website. Toilet is small . No view of the beach from any room unless you opt for a sister hotel namely Petinos Beach Hotel (just across the road )
Bus stop is just outside hotel. Breakfast is average. Wifi is only available if included in plan. Beach towels are provided on returnable basis. Swimming pool of Petinos Beach Hotel is allowed to be used. Reception staff can be more friendly. Many restaurants are available along the beach for night life open till mid night with different culinary options.

Not to be confused with Petinos Beach Hotel, Petinos Hotel is related and right across the street (not as nice, and I don't think they have nearly as many beach view rooms. No pool but you can use the one across the street). I think some anger associated with this location is that their website shows pictures of both hotels and is definitely misleading. Location is good: right on the water and by a populated beach with great restaurants. Even better, the bus into town has a stop RIGHT in front of the hotel. We used this twice a day every day. Little markets across the street from the hotel as well so you can buy snacks, water, etc.. Our room was huge and surprisingly nice. Our water view required a stretch of the neck to see a sliver of water far to the left. But overall, we had a private entrance to our room and it was really large, the staff was nice, the breakfast was REALLY good, and they helped us book excursions.

Myself and my best friend visited Mykonos in September for a week.

Petinos Hotel is situated in a tranquil location which is a stones throw from the beach. I couldn't fault our stay, the staff were so lovely and hospitable, providing exceptional customer service. Before we had even arrived at the hotel they had exceeded expectations, as we exited the airport there was a driver waiting to take us to the hotel, they also provided a transfer on the way back, both of which were complimentary and very much appreciated.

The hotel is ideal, it is only 10 minutes to the town and airport. There is a bus stop right on the doorstep and with so many surrounding beaches you're never short of being able to explore somewhere new.The pool and other facilities such as a gym and sauna are only a few steps away at the sister hotel, Petinos Beach, which is also beautiful, slightly more pricey however, so depending on your budget, it's either or. We spent most of the time on the deck which was the perfect place to chill, you can sit relaxing on the bean bags, getting your tan on with a choice of two views, one of the beach with all the lovely yachts docked in the bay and the other of the pool and hotel.

We had a double room overlooking the garden, a picturesque courtyard surrounded by palm trees, pretty flowers, a fountain and groovy white washed patio. Our room was open plan, the bathroom was lovely, sinks located outside the bathroom under a big mirror which was fab as it was basically like a big dressing room. Plenty of wardrobe space, a dressing table, TV, Hairdryer. There was also a safe for any personal belongings and a fridge to keep the necessities cool. The bed was comfy, although the pillows were really hard and not great, unless you like hard pillows of course, so if I had to pick a fault with the room that would be it.

The restaurant was great, lovely food, with a view, staff were fab. So friendly and absolutely hilarious. Made the stay so much more fun seeing their friendly faces every day!

Overall I would highly recommend staying at the Petinos Hotel and will definitely be back!

Room Tip: Beach view or garden view - both lovely.

We were thrilled to arrive at the airport and after several urgent emails be collected and whisked to hotel . We were on the beach about twenty minutes after our airport arrival which was so convenient. Our room was o.k and comfortable and at a low season price. We thought the breakfast very poor compared with the other hotels on our three week stay. There was only tinned fruit and only on some days was there water melon which disappeared quickly. The coffee was very poor ,so was the squash/ juice. The smiling staff were nice and topped up the weak coffee on request. We liked the pool opposite and the large beanbags too. What a view! The bus service to town was fantastic and convenient. The hotel was fully booked even in October and there were many nationalities. The reception staff were very helpful.People mostly onlystayeda few days so there was a big throughput of visitors. We had a free lift to the airport and were pleased to give the nice driver a tip. There was a variety of cafes and restaurants and the scooter hire company turned up to collect the bike.

I visited Mykonos in August with my boyfriend and i stayed at Petinos Hotel for a week. Petinos is a nice and clear hotel near to the beach and the bus station. Our room had a view at the garden. The breakfast was rich and tasty. The staff was helpful and friendly, especially Makis and Stavroula. They helped us a lot. I would highly reccomend this hotel to anyone who wants to relax and enjoy Mykonos.

We stayed 4 days in this hotel which by far was the most disappointing experience I had to make in all my holidays. There is not much value for the Money apart from a nicely renovated reception and a midclass but extremely small room.
We did not get the promised garden view (which was promised by email when I did the reservation directly with your reception) but a room in the basement floor -1 which gives you the impression of living in a cellar below the bus station with all exhaust gases of motos and cars.
We had to change the room as the bathroom was musty. The toilet lid broken, facecloths already dirty and not changed and it was not better in the second room offered to us from the 2nd night onwards.
The bathrooms are a disaster.
So the rooms are definitely not all renovated in 2014 as they tell on the homepage ! The bath looks as it was with the opening in year 1980 - It´s just the renovated reception and bar area which by the way was closed during all 4 days at our stay !
WIFI did not work in the hotel, nor in the rooms in the end we dialed into the network of the neighbored restaurant when we were at the beach.
The wardrobe was smelling awkwardly and the bath amenities presented unappetizingly – used the ones we brought with us.
They do not offer any sunbeds nor a discount for sunbeds to the customer, the restaurant quality is poor, breakfast is unacceptable, cheese and sausage are melting away already at 9 o clock in the morning, coffee is not drinkable (we had tea and water !! and a dry toast with tomato), also not drinkable are the juices out of the dispensing head and the fresh fish you offer for lunch and dinner is on ice all day outside in the glass box.
Resumé : It´s not the price worthy !

We stayed for 4 days with 2 children under 2. After a rocky start due to misleading information and photos on the website, the staff graciously got us into the room that was best suited to our needs. They were very helpful and didn't want us to be disappointed. At the end we were not. The room was wonderful and we were able to enjoy our time in Mykonos. The beds and pillows are super comfy and this mommy was so happy to be able to take a bath! The rain shower head is also quite dreamy. The location is great. The cleaning staff does a great job. Again thank you to the staff for addressing our concerns upon check in and for doing a great job of making us happy. I hope they can fix the issues on the website so that others are not confused as to what each room has to offer.
