I visited this restaurant earlier this month (November). The food (once it finally arrived) was pretty good, but the service was terrible!
We were told they were short staffed on the day, but meals came out all at different times (there were 7 of us there) and of varying quality.
We pre-ordered breakfast for the next morning as we had an early bus to catch- even having requested the time we would be in the previous day, nothing had been prepared when we arrived- subsequently we only just got our meals in time before having to rush off to catch a bus.
I would have to agree with a previous comment, this is a training facility, a good cause- but poor service reflects on the quality (or lack of) of the teacher. If you want to teach these kids skills, teach them the importance of good and efficient service otherwise you're wasting your own and their time! At the rate of current service, no decent establishment would employ them.
Comparitively to another similar training program in Phnom Pehn- they are worlds apart, which is a pity as this place has good potential under the right person to mentor these kids properly.
