“Great time”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 27, 2011

Excellent food, a la cartes well worth a visit, good service and very well presented food.
Excellent drinks served in the bar till 1am. Rooms very comfortable cleaned expertly. Did not have a fault, except Portofino not open in evening.
Would definately come back if we could with children, but don't seem to do rooms through tour operator with children even though there are some here.

My boyfriend and I spent 8 days at this hotel and it was AMAZING! The people were very nice, everything was clean, the drinks and food were good and the atmosphere was just great! The hotel is close to the airport so you see a lot of planes flying by all day long, but you don't hear them. I wasn't awakened once by them. There are people who help entertain the guests and try and get you to play games during the day. At night they entertain the kids and they put on shows. Even though they were very amateur they were cute and funny. The food selection was very big which I liked and they gave you a choice of 3 different places to eat. The only thing I was not pleased with was the free wine, but they had other choices so I still give them a 5. I plan to visit again in the future!

My husband and I stayed in the fantastic Palladium Palace Hotel for our honeymoon. We were very impressed by the spacious, modern, clean hotel from the outset.
Friendly and helpful staff on reception when checking in, followed by porter to take our bags up to the room. The porter demonstrated how to use the free safety deposit box and airconditioning unit. We were given cards to access free beach towels during our stay, but did not use these.
A bottle of chilled champagne was waiting in our room on arrival, which was a nice touch.
Food was lovely- there was a huge selection of hot and cold items, not everything was to my taste but you'd have to be a really fussy eater not to find something you like! The salad bar was great.
We visited both a la carte restaurants during our stay. Again, very friendly staff and nice food- however a little lacking in vegetarian options.
The staff in the Lobby bar were brilliant, service was fast and with a smile and the selection of alcoholic drinks (including cocktails and named brands) was great.
Location was brilliant for us- right at the end of the beach at Playa d'en Bossa. The beach was accessible via a secure gate at the rear of the hotel.
There is a bus stop right outside the hotel which takes you into the resort (and then on to Ibiza Town), but we tended to walk as it was only 10-15mins away.
Space nightclub is very close by which was handy to save money on taxis!
There is an entertainment 'tent' with staduim seating, which was brilliant for watching the evening shows, although we only saw a couple (which were good).
Overall a fabulous holiday to remember! We would definately recommend this hotel, and would love to go back again!

My husband and I just returned fr 7 nights at this hotel. Our first holiday without our baby. Check in smooth and painless. We got there at 12 and received our wrist bands to use all facilities and asked to come back in 1 hr for room key. The room was lively, block 2 with a sea view.
Restaurants were very good. There was a BBQ in the beach front one evening which was fantastic. Neither my husband or I are sun worshippers so cannot comment on the sunbed debate. Drinks were lovely.
I would have only a few little gripes. Firstly a few of the staff, were extremely rude. Shockingly so. The vast majority were friendly and helpful but there were a few who were beyond ignorant.
The singers in the bar at night were mostly cringy. We didn't go to any of the entertainment in the tent.
We booked the boat trip through reception. They gave us a list of boat time departures which was wrong. They also didn't stamp both sides of our ticket so we had to plead and argue our way onto the last boat home from foramentera. Not good.
Other than this tho we had a great time. We plan to return next year with our baby

Have just returned from a wonderfully relaxing child-free break at The Palladium Palace - 6 couples aged mid 30's to mid 50's.

Transfer from the airport is quick and cheap - 10 mins/9 euros in a taxi and you're there.

The rooms, staff, pools, cleanliness, food and drinks were all faultless. Loads of choice in the buffet restaurant - everything was really fresh and tasty. The 2 a la carte restaurants - Mexican and Mediterranean - were nice for a change and also served excellent food.

Drinks were great - they didn't taste watered down which is often the case in Spanish all inclusive hotels. The house wine and draught beer were very drinkable and the cocktails were great.

We felt there were a couple of things that could be improved (but the good definitely outweigh the bad, so it certainly wouldn't put us off returning):
- Not enough sunbeds - the hotel was full when we stayed and if we weren't at the pool by 9am it was a struggle to get beds
- Evening entertainment was pretty dire - the entertainment team put on a couple of shows (Mamma Mia and Lion King) and a couple of nights there were singers in the lobby bar. The bar was open until 1am but by 11pm everything went pretty quiet - there was not even any background music in the bar, so at times it did feel like it was lacking in atmosphere. You could probably walk out to nearby bars for something a bit more lively but we like to make the most of our all inclusive ;)

Apart from these couple of gripes, our holiday was perfect and would not hesitate to return, either with or without children.

We arrived at 11.00am knowing we couldn't check in until 2.00 but ehy checked us in and said we should have a room by 1.00 but in the meantime make use of the facilities. Sure enough, our room was ready at 1.00.

Nice sized room and always kept clean with fresh towels every day and I'm sure they changed the bedding just as often.

Nice clean pools. There was adult entertainment in the day but they were happ for you to decline and didn't hassle.

Great food choices (and I'm a fussy eater!), always fresh and kept topped up so always a full choice no matter what time you turned up. Local wine was good too. If you didn't want the local spirits just ask for branded.

If you want crisps/nuts for the pool bar just go to the lounge bar who were happy to oblige.

Only thing I would change would be the plastic tables and chairs at the pool bar. Some people complained about the plastic glasses here but it makes sense near the pool so didn't bother us.

We were in block 2000 which was a great location, near the pool and restaurants.

Do not often comment on how we find holiday destinations however this hotel deserves a pat on the back.
We went a the beginning of May this year with my parents, husband and 3 year old son..
Great flight times and transfer times.
Initial observation of hotel very good and modern.
Initial problem at check in on arrival however this was sorted out professionally. Forgot to put a cot in our room and as a result we were upgraded to a family room.
Rooms were large and kept very clean by the staff.
Bathrooms are tiled and modern although could do with being re-freshed. Did not put us off. Made up of shower cubicle, w.c, spa bath (which is rather narrow).
Pools were clean and very spacious, plenty room for everyone and great sunbeds.
Entertainment reps were fun and very friendly, great with the children.
Lots of walking around the area - direct access on to beach which was great.
Great for wheelchair access, hoist also available to get in and out of pool - sorry I am a occupational therapist and cannot help looking at the environment.
Open and spacious restaurant with food to suit everyone. If no one can find something they like, then give up.
Bottles of wine provided at meal time and staff keep it coming.
All staff were found to be helpful, polite and hard working.
We were all inclusive and found it very good value.
Branded drinks and fresh ground coffee on tap, what more can you ask for. Bar snack also included.
Cosmopolitan hotel which was refreshing, not a union jack in sight - bliss.
Would give this holiday a 10/10. Very relaxing and never had to worry about anything while we were there ,oh maybe one thing, remembering to apply the sunscreen.

Did not use the spa or room service so could not rate the below details.

Happy tourist and family Scotland.

Room Tip: Rooms were generally a good standard.
