“Don't stay here”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed September 10, 2012

Salt water shower / tap. Disgusting dated rooms with no privacy or security. 24 hour noise, drunk and drugged tenants around the clock. Limited room cleaning service, Extra charges for pool and beach loungers 8-16euro (with umbrella). I have read most of the reviews on this place and I only believe the bad ones, I just wished I had read them before I booked.

Location:

If all you wanted to do is get off your face on drugs this might be the place for you. I walked to Subway for a bite to eat as bora bora has no recent resturants, cafes, food stand or bakers at 2pm and was offered every drug possible. The night time I couldn't take more than ten steps without being offered drugs. Very uncomfortable.

Avoid this hell hole

Not the worst apartments I have stayed in but definitely not the best. It was a little over priced but the location was excellent. If you are the party type of person you would love this place but if you want a quiet relaxing time then don't stay here. the beach bar plays music very early until late. I enjoyed it however but mostly because of the location.

I had stayed at jets 3 years ago and had a good experience so had told my friends to stay here again. Upon arrival we were shocked, our room smelt, had no view and the aircon didn't work in one of the bedrooms. As it was late and we were heading out we thought we would deal with it tomorrow.
In the morning we went to swap rooms but were told we had not booked a sea view room - the man on the front desk got our booking out (all written in Spanish) to prove that we hadn't booked sea view....how on earth could we tell! We said don't worry and decided to just enjoy it and make the most of it!
The stench of the room was beyond a joke, the bathroom smelt like sewers and when you turned on the taps it only got worse. The shower and sink was sea salt water so make sure you keep your mouth closed when in the shower and use bottled water when you brush your teeth!
Opening the curtains in one room (the one with no aircon) the view was just shocking, it looked on to a sewer pipe....and that was literally it, so there was no chance of opening the window for air! We decided to drag the matresses into the other room so we could all sleep in the room with aircon.
Be warned....this hotel does not get cleaned, we stayed for 5 days and acciedently broke a glass on the 2nd morning, and was still there on the floor when we left (we had brush it into the corner. I was so sick of having black feet that I swept the room myself and washed up! They do however give you clean towels daily (wow)! The bedsheets and sofas STINK, like a musty smell as if they have been stuck in your loft for 10 years.
All in all we wasn't impressed with the room!
The location is great as you are on top of everything and it is party central but by day 4 we were well and truly sick of thumping music (and I have been going to Ibiza twice every yar for about 5 years)!
If you are on a tight budget you can stay there and expect nothing and just make the most of it but looking back I wish we paid the extra to stay at the Garbi or elsewhere. The staff were fairly rude and it is VERY noisy.
You are also charged 10euros per sun lounger when sitting by the pool.

If you stay there....good luck!

Room Tip: Pay the extra for sea view room or superior room - do not go for the basic! And if you can get top f...

We travelled as a group of 6 aged from 19 to 39 all of whom are well accustomed to a party atmosphere.

Hotel security was awful, we were on the ground floor with a wonderful view of the lobby and reception desk. Two groups of girls in the row of 4 apartments were broken into within days of each other despite this location.

Location is party central. 100m away from the beach should you desire to rub your toes through the fag butts and swim in the public toilet. The local bums freely walked from the beach through the complex begging for money in their Underpants.

We had to check out 12 hours before our flight home. Had to pay for our bags to be left in a locked room and also for the use of another salty shower; for which they would not even provide us with towels.

All reception staff must have a qualification in couldn't give a [--]. Ignorance and unhelpfullness personified.

For the €2500 we spent on this dump for a week, we could have hired a private villa.

I advise no one to stay in this hotel our room was robbed and we were opposite reception so they must have seen the robber climb onto our balcony and get in through the windows that had no locks. When we reported it to them no body really cared we had to practically beg them to call the Police. A group of girls two doors down were also robbed within the same week, the security is god awful people just wander in at any point. If you value your belongings and do not want to waste days of your holiday in a Police Station I would not stay in Jets. Only good part was the location and there was always a party, other than that it was shocking, it smelt, was dirty, salt water showers and no security.

As mentioned, location is ok, but room quality is terrible. Run down, musty and stale decor, 15 year old tv, no air conditioner and safes don't work well and costs extra. Rooms are like a Bali prison cell! To boot, the service is non existent. From check in to check out you are treated with disinterest and disdain by the staff. As a 30yo may have been too old to get it, but having been to other beach party destinatios in se Asia, and much better beach spots around Spain and France, I don't get why anyone would rate this hotel as ok. The old town is a better area and has much better and cheaper places to eat!

Great apartment block in the heart of Playa den Bossa, close to local bars, Bora Bora and Space nightclubs and cheap short taxi rides to a couple of other clubs.
The apartments is right next to the beach, with a few restaurants nearby and a kicking pool party running every day.
Went on a stag do and these allow you to get out and enjoy the nightlife, plus great rooms for sleeping it all off afterwards!
