We had been to Malapascua before, but this new addition really was a welcome surprise. Only open for dinner with a very limited menu, that changes daily, only the freshest ingredients are used. In 9 nights we ate here four times and everything was great. The owner, Vitorio (i believe is the correct spelling), would greet us every time and go over the menu today and as long as he had the ingredients in house, anything was possible. The restaurant itself is done very well, easily the best decoration of any restaurant on the island. I am excited to see what this place will be like next time i go to malapascua as Vitorio was showing us some of his plans for improvements including a nice brick oven that he has already imported italian bricks for.
