Fun nightlife -- good crowd with lots of conversations and entertaining celebrations including bar-wide toasts for people recently passing some driving level certifications. The roof top restaurant has a nice evening breeze and open air experience. Once the sun goes down, things are PITCH BLACK so ocean view is lost, but still very nice.
Service was good. Drinks were good and relatively inexpensive. But dinner was only fair. The fish and chips were marginal -- fish was thin and small, the chips were overcooked and mealy. The fish chowder had no fish -- only potatoes! We were told the fish is ground up and included a part of the broth. Huh?
Drop by for drinks -- but skip the dinner!
