This restaurant which also operates at Hope Island has recently opened in Sanctuary Cove. Last night it was full ( overfull ) with a table of 16 people and this had some unfortunate consequences. The restaurant ran out of noodles and coconut rice and one dish we ordered Pad Thai could not be served and we were only informed some 90 minutes after ordering it when the other 3 persons at the table had already been served.!! Why did they not get their sister restaurant to provide what they were missing - it is only 7-8 minutes drive away.?? Service was slow and there was a very long wait for the mains course because of the very large table and because the restaurant was full.!! The bill was inaccurate as we were charged twice for all of our first courses.!! They need to get their act together otherwise they will lose customers if they try to cater for a FULL restaurant too quickly. The food was OK but it is better at their sister restaurant in Hope Island and so is the service too. It was difficult to see who if anybody was in charge and the service was sloppy - plates were not changed after the first course and the table was never fully cleared after each course. There is a definite need for better organisation and it is unpardonable for a Thai restaurant to run out of noodles and rice.
