With very few restaurant options in Springbrook, you might not have a choice since anything else might unexpectedly be closed. Have no fear in coming here, just don't expect it to move heavens. Admission: The man running the counter and serving tables tried to be extra funny/cool when he delivered our pizza -- attempting panache -- when he slid the plate down the pizza slid off and flung partially over the plate and onto the table (it missed our laps barely). All ended well, however, and we had a full untarnished meal. But the food itself is just... eh... 1990's pan pizza quality. OK salads have the roughage (you've had worse in your life). Good news: We discovered (non-alcoholic) Ginger Beer at this establishment, for which we have no regrets, for its a descendant of Root Beer if I may say. Also, "Scuttlebutt" does have a breezy hut feeling that will give you a nice cool-down from the outdoor heat.
