“Great family apartment close to theme parks”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 29, 2013

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment with water views for two nights. The apartment was beautifully clean and well appointed. The two bathrooms were more than adequate although a shower in the spa makes it a little dangerous to get in and out of. The washing machine was great to have when travelling around. We didn't hear any noise from other apartments, and the secure parking and inside atrium area were a plus. We didn't try out the restaurant as we cooked our own meals at night. Harbour town shopping was close by and is huge. This complex is out of the real busyness of the gold coast hotel strip which we preferred, and that area is only a short drive away. The teenagers loved the rooftop pool area. Definitely worth thinking about if you are in the area.

These apartments are great value, we had a one bedroom and our friends had a two bedroom apartment for 6 nights. Both were neat and tidy, spacious and had everything we needed. Having the big bathroom plus an ensuite was fantastic and it was great to be able to do some washing & drying in the room on the last night before heading off to our next destination. Location is good, not too far to drive to Surfers, Theme Parks and various shops. I agree with another reviewer, the rooftop spa was barely warm definitely needs the heat turned up. The lockup carpark was great too, felt the rental car was nice and secure. We would stay here again.

The entrance way and reception are lush with the protected planted atrium and fish ponds. In one corner is a restaurant which is closed on Mondays. The 2 lifts are key access only, and a secure lockup garage level.
There are a range of activities; equipment hire at reception for tennis court, table tennis, outside pool and sauna, gym, snooker, pinball, excellent rooftop pool and spa with adjoining communal BBQ / picnic area.
We had a top floor 2 bedroom apartment. It was clean but a bit tired looking, mainly due to the carpeting. Otherwise the living area was lovely with double doors on to balcony from lounge and dining areas. The kitchenette was compact but fully furnished.
Main bedroom was en-suite. Other room was basic twin bed with strange raised tiled corner to stub your toes on. It was a bit claustrophobic with frosted window, although the walls were a foot short of the ceiling allowing air to circulate. A large spa bathroom also housed the laundry facilities.
The location was quiet but fairly close to many attractions if you have a car.
If you are using public transport get a Go card as the cost will mount up going to Surfers, Harbour Town, show parks, etc. $7+ each way.

Room Tip: 6b was on top floor right next to door to the rooftop pool.

For four oldies the Apartment was perfect.
Glen arranged a two bedroom waterfront apartment for us.It was clean with plenty of space.
The kitchen was small but adequate, with everything you needed for quick meals.
The lift entry from the lockup parking added to the safety of the apartments.
We enjoyed the facilities and the great location so close to everything but away from the hustle and bustle.
A nice Resort and good value.
Thank you to Karl, Glen and Lynda for making our stay so enjoyable.

Room Tip: Take an Apartment with the Sea view its wonderfull.

Rooms were spacious (beds a little hard) and self contained. Had a view of the water which was a pleasant surprise and the front desk staff were polite and friendly.
Great location as close to everywhere we wanted to visit and the roof top pool was lovely. Spa could have been alot warmer though. Wish i was able to stay longer.

Good location close to all the theme parks and shopping. Resort had adequate facilities, but the rooms are a bit tired and could do with an update. Manos restaurant downstairs serves great food and is reasonable priced. Overall adequate for a family for few nights stay.

Resort is in a great position close to shops & the beach is across the road. We stayed in a two bedroom appartment with a kitchenette. 10 min drive to Theme Parks & main shopping area in Surfers Paradise. Nice quiet area away from the hustle & bustle. Secure parking. Great value for money & clean resort. Only negative is the Queen size bed could do with an up date, not that comfortable. Staff are great, very friendly. Would definately stay again.
