We stayed in a Premium campsite and found the site to be large and allowed room to move the parks gardens were wonderful giving it a complete tropical feel. The staff were wonderful right from reception to the ground staff . Amenities very good .Nice hot showers . I would highly recommend this park .

We found this resort great for families. We only stayed in a basic cabin which was ok, but the other aparmtents look alot nicer.

The pools are great and lots of room for the kids to run around!. This resort is next door to a shopping plaza which has everything in it.

If you dont like to stay in the heart of Surfers this is for you, or if you like the hustle and bustle I would recommend in Surfers staying at the Chevron Renaissance!

We stayed in a studio unit for a week and couldn't fault the excellent service culture of the staff or the quality of the facilities. The range of activities for children was excellent with pools well maintained, jumping pillow well used and mini golf great fun. The bistro was affordable and we enjoyed the family quiz night. Being school holidays I wonder if there would be any value in narrowing the age range for the Kids Korner activities as there is a big difference between 4 and 14. Perhaps some activities could be advertised as most suitable for 4-10 and others 8-14. My only concern was with the rough pool behaviour of some children in the lagoon pool - we left and went to the main pool.

We drove to Dreamworld and Whitewater World, which was well sign posted and convenient location, closer and better than other parks. Showers/ toilets were modern and clean, as well as kitchen cooking areas. The main restaurant area is like a fijian hotel which made me even more relaxed. My family and I loved it and after a few big days at the theme parks the warm spa was lovely. All staff were very helpful. I would recommend Treasure Island to everyone.

Room Tip: We took our caravan and booked a powered site. We were very satisfied with the location

This year we stayed in the Lagoon Deluxe room, what a great place to stay and relax.
Could sit on the porch and watch the kids swim.
Its a great, family orientated place to stay, where they think of the kids first.
All the staff were great, food was awesome, kids activities well thought out.
Have stayed 3 times and will be back again for sure.

Room Tip: Lagoon Deluxe Rooms.... right on the pool. Tropical atmosphere.

Mind you, depending on which accommodation type you choose, the "quality" of the accommodation varies (eg, size, etc). However, in general, the place is clean. We (2A and 2C) stayed at an Ensuite cabin with bunk beds. We explored around the park facilities and found the common kitchen and bathroom facilities were very clean.
Prices are cheap, so do not expect much. You are expected to maintain your own cabin and keep it clean. Brooms are provided! DIshwashing liquid also provided. They do not change your towels daily, only weekly. They do not make your beds. There is no daily housekeeping, only weekly for those who stay more than a week. You will get soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, one small bottle each. So, bring your own toiletteries and toothbrushes.
We were there in winter and it was cold to shower at night. The water heater works, but sometimes, the temperature changes mid-shower! :P
I am particular about cleanliness, so I bought floorwipes from the supermarket and cleaned the floor a lot since my kids kept tracking sand in.

Overall, it's a fun place for kids. Our kids had a blast at the playgrounds!
THe staff are helpful. Food is ok....don't expect fancy stuff. We have no complaints about it. We even joined the Pizza and pasta buffet one night.

Would we stay again? Yes, as it is great fun for the kids and easy to drive around everywhere. However, I might select a larger accommodation next time!

Room Tip: Fun for families with young children.

We had a great 7 night stay in a Superior Garden Villa. Accommodation was clean, location was great. Plenty of activities for the kids in the park and not far too many of the other activities of the gold coast. Only negatives came for inconsiderate neighbours letting kids make excessive noise late at night and very early morning on a few occasions. We were right in the heart of the park, could easily be avoided by choosing an accommodation type on the boarder of the park. Everyone had a great time. Wouldn't say no to the Superior garden villa, but would think twice next time looking at other accomidation options in the park. Looking foward to returing to the park in the future.

Room Tip: If Noise from others bothers you pick from accomidation types towards the back of the park. There is...
