Great place to stay, friendly staff, quality rooms, and Vanitas restaurant was fabulous.

Completely overhyped! Rooms were good but poorly planned.. your shampoo doesnt get refilled / replaced on day 2 of your stay.. weve had better breakfast in 3 star hotels.. waste of money..

This is a wonderful Hotel. W have now stayed here on two occasions and have been made to feel special both times. The staff are simply fabulous and are there when you need them, without being intrusive.

The restaurants are outstanding, with the Vie being excellent and Vanitas being simply an experience to be savoured. We experienced the degustation menu at Vanitas and were overwhelmed by the fantastic service along with personal course by course explanations of the ingredients, flavours and the accompanying wine. This is a must for those who appreciate fine food with incredible flavour.

Our room was very comfortable and as all rooms was furnished with Versace livery. We felt very spoilt.

The Spa was a real treat for my wife who "floated" out after her 4 hour indulgence. She was made to feel very special and helped to round off the Palazzo experience.

We will definitely go back in the future and highly recommend this hotel to others.

This is a 6 star only designer hotel in the world. It has a good location and very helpful staff. Rooms are good, though with the price tag attached they should have been definitely more bigger.
