“Family run .Good food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 1, 2014

We have stayed here four times in 8 years.
Family business, helpful people and nice food.
Small nice pool .Basic but pleasant accomodation.
100 m to pebble beach at the quiet end of Kamari.
It is near the airport so you do hear planes but it doesn't spoil the place..

“Great service”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 28, 2014

Good greek food, specially the mousaka and the tomate balls. As much as good food Dimitris offers a familiar environment. It is famous by its typical greek partying after dinner wich we unfortunatly were not able to see, but Andreas presented is with his company, telling us a bit of greek history and playing a zorba just for us - high point of the night.

“Greek night is not worth it”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed September 25, 2014

We booked and paid for greek night and transportation before our vacation. We were really looking forward to the food, the wine, the dancing, and the breaking of plates. However, it was one of our most expensive dinners in Santorini and the worst food we had while we were there. The tomato balls were meh, and the cuts of meat were no good - my husband had to take from my plate to finally feel full.
The dancers were good, but they were arguing with each other over whom had to do which dance, and didn't smile a whole lot. They involved us in the dancing, but it was the same thing over and over again.
Finally, the biggest complaint is that you don't get to break plates. Not only do you have to pay a Euro to get a plate, but they also don't open up the floor so it wouldn't have been appropriate to break plates at any point - we decided we would buy some at Family Dollar when we got home to break...

“Perfect Greek food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 21, 2014

I ' ve been going there since 1991!!! Perfect sea food, great fish , the best lobster ( with pasta) ever.
Unique hospitality by Dimitris. Try TOMATOKEFTEDES and his own local wine.
Maybe the best tavern in the Aegean!!!!

“Fresh and tasty”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 4, 2014

We went to the restaurant after a walk and we had grilled sardelles (sardines) and gavros (small fried fish) and a greek salad with free appetizers.

Excellent local vegetables and cheese, fresh fish and warm hospitality.

It is a good choice for any time late lunch or dinner and long after meal chatting and drinking.

Views are not the best though, but in Santorini, apart from the caldera, views are not so good anywere.
