“Great for families”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 6, 2013

We had a perfect family holiday at this hotel. Its really well located, just across the road from the marina where the local restaurants are located. We were on half board but ate out a few lunchtimes and nights for variety. Accommodation is very good, we had a ground floor apartment with a nice terrace which was ideal for our small children and ourselves.
The best thing about the hotel though was the 'animation team' as they call it - the hotel-run kids clubs and entertainment - not to be confused with the Thomas Cook club which was horrendous and like something from Little Britain...! (This was in summer 2011). The animation guys are all bi-lingual, so all the Spanish and UK kids were together, and they never stopped!
I would definitely recommend Paradise Club.

We visited this apartment in August 2012. The hotel was clean and tidy but not really 4 star as quite outdated decoration wise. The children loved the pools. The food was good with plenty of choice for all tastes . The staff were friendly and helpful,it was my partners birthday while we were on holiday, i asked reception if the could could provide a birthday cake, this wasnt a problem at all was provided free of charge. There was another couple who reported they did have problems with ants, however we didnt experience any problem. Overall we all had a great time and the weather was great too!

This is our third time we have visited Menorca and stayed at paradise club and spa ( end of August) The hotel was very clean and the reception and staff were very friendly. The animation team (Florin, Dom , Kalina , and Adriana) were great and very, very friendly. There was always something to do there such as water polo and the Olympics day.I made a great group of friends. Andrei who was part of the animation team was great and easy to talk to. He took us out when he finished work to go karting with him, it was a laugh although the 1st time it didn't go to plan as there was an accident. Andrei was a great entertainer and a great dancer and always had a smile and got me to do all the activities, which was great. It was nice to be able to have a bond with all the entertainers and my new friends. The location for the hotel was great. The water park and karting was just up the road and the bay, beach, pubs, restaurants, shops, supermarkets were just a short cross from the hotel. There was plenty of facilities such as the courts, games rooms, spa, tv and game room, where we all watched the Barcelona game with the animation team, which was the funniest game ever. There was also bikes, karts . and chuckle mobile bikes which you could hire outside the hotel which were very good,The dining at the hotel was very good, hygiene was excellence and there was a variety of food to choose from. They also has a BBQ night on a Wednesday and the food was superb. The olympic day which was also hosted every wednesay was very fun, and it was a great laugh with everyone and the teenage entertainer which was andrei, The place overall was brilliant and there is no words really to describe how much i loved the place, it was so sad to leave, but i have all of the animation team and my holiday friends on facebook and it is nice to keep in good contact. Please visit this place and i 100% guarantee you will have the time of your life!!!!!

Room Tip: Rooms right at the back are quieter, if you want a good view, the apartment we stayed in surroundin...

We stayed here for the same week last year and we were amazed how they've kept the standards they reached last year. The food is fantastic and varied and top quality, the rooms are very neat and well layed out and the cleaners come in everyday.
The only critiscism of this place is the gym, they shouldn't advertise an exercise room when it is basically a dumping ground for broken old equipment that is a law suite waiting to happen. If they dont update it for next season they should shut it because someone will hurt themselves. i will definitely go back here in a couple of years as long as they have spent a bit of money on the gym, it's a shame because the spa and indoor pool is a really nice little area and they could spend a couple of grand and make it even better.
I shouldn't right a review of this place without mentioning the animation team, they are awesome. They remembered us from the year before and my daughter had an absolutely brilliant time every night at the kids disco. The pool side dancing is a great fun way to break up the day and the games for kids and adults are good fun and well organised. I hope they keep the same team together for the next time we go because they make a good hotel an excellent one.

Room Tip: The apartments in away from the main building seem like a better choice but in fact the views from t...

agree will all reviews that hotel was clean food was good staff friendly and apartments good.
But I booked this hotel especially for the spa as I had my mum with me who likes to be pampered.
We were really dissapointed to find out that the spa is at an additional cost it did not mention this on any information for the hotel and also you have to book an appointment to use the steam sauna etc,,, Have never had this in the passed a spa hotel you can usually use the spa when ever you want at no extra cost apart from treatments, because of this I will not use this hotel again unless it was a really good deal as you can get SPA hotel alot more reasonable. The other problem were the beds are rock hard, they do not have matteress covers at request to sofen them

Upon arrival we were told we could have an upgrade, given 4 sets of keys and told to look at the apartments and chose which one we wanted so we opted for one towards the rear of the complex away from the pool and restaurant. The hotel is spotlessly clean, yes there were a few ants but hey, we get those back home so they didn't bother us, the apartment was a good size, it was cleaned and the towels changed daily. We went all inclusive and the choice of food in the restaurant was very good, plenty of meat, fish, veg, salad and a huge supply of puddings - loved the chocolate fountain! All of the staff were very friendly and always smiling, nothing was too much bother for them. The snack bar by the pool had a good selection of fruit, sandwiches and ice cream to keep us topped up between meals, and the service there was brilliant, they were quite happy to mix up a cocktail or a bucks fizz (they were AI too), all served with a smile and a chat. The bar had entertainment for children in the evening followed by something for the adults, usually starting around 10pm. The only down side was that a lot of parents stayed there with their children until very late, tired and crying children do not mix well with adult entertainment, but as we only stayed there a couple of evenings it didn't bother us. A quick stroll across the road to the harbour and within 10 mins you're at the beach, plenty of beds and umbrellas for hire or you do what we did and pick up a beach umbrella from a supermarket for 8 euro's and sit on the sand. The animation team work endlessly, providing entertainment for children and adults, the water polo was great fun to watch! What I liked about them is that they didn't pester us to join in, they would call out whatever was happening, such as aerobics and just wait for anyone to join them. All in all I cannot fault this hotel, we had a wonderful time and would certainly recommend it to anyone.

Out of the hotel and cross the road and you're in the harbour, it has a few shops selling the usual holiday bits and pieces and several supermarkets, there is also a tobacco shop selling cigarettes, much cheaper than using the machines in the bars. Although we went all inclusive we did eat out a couple of times, there is a delicious steak bar in the harbour where the food and service was out of this world. If you like English beer then head for Chaplins, its a bar run by a lovely lady called Maria, they have quizzes, music and karaoke every night, the staff are great, my glass was never empty and they serve a great sangria!! The harbour has plenty of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes.

Room Tip: We opted for a first floor apartment, purely because we don't like to sit outside on a terrace w...
