“LIFE STYLES OF THE RICH AND FAMOUS”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 13, 2013

Let me begin by thanking all the staff that made my 50th birthday celebration so perfect.
My family and I, took residence in a three bedroom sky room over the Queens Birthday long weekend.
We were treated like royalty from the moment we booked the room to the final minutes when we sorrowfully left.
The room was amazing. The views absolutely spectacular. Everything about the visit was perfect.
I love the fact that you can leave your car with the valet and not see it again to when you are ready to depart. Everything is there for you. No driving. There are so many restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc. all within a short stroll once you step out of the front entrance to Peppers.
I could go on for pages extolling the virtues of this place, but I won't. Go see it for yourself. You won't be dissapointed.
My wife, daughters and myself all expressed the same opinion.....this place is a taste of "Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous".
So put the champagne on ice, kick off your shoes, sit back, relax and take it all in. You will love it.

We selected Peppers based on good reviews and its location off the main tourist areas and we were not disappointed. Arrived before the check-in time after an overnight flight. Although our room was not available, we received a call (long distance) as soon as the room was ready. Got a 2br ocean view apartment on the 20th floor with breathtaking views. Apartment is spacious, clean and modern. Front desk was helpful in restaurant recommendations and always with a smile! Many dining options within walking distance, supermarket, playground for the kids and a quiet stretch of beach. Pacific Fair Shopping Centre is a short drive away with even more eating and shopping option. Rooms are a bit pricey but worth the splurge. We will be back!

Dear Wendy K,

Thank you so much for your 'wonderful' review!

I am so pleased your expectations were met after reading previous reviews on Trip Advisor. It is nice to know that after almost three years of operation we are still delivering on our 'all about You' service promise.

I do hope we are able to welcome you back again soon.

Sincerely,

Adam Taloni

Booking holiday accommodation on the internet can be a bit 'hit and miss' as you often find both negative and positive reviews. I have never written a review before but I was motivated to do so by the quality of Peppers Broadbeach. Firstly, the towers are only a year or so old and have a modern and opulent fit-out, with unique facilities. The staff, be it reception or cleaners, are consistently enthusiastic, friendly and genuinely interested in helping you with queries or requests. The location would have to be one of the nicest on the Gold Coast; a convenient cluster of nice restaurants and bars and a tucked away shopping centre. Finally, the room was stunning with spacious living areas, multiple TVs and a great bathroom (note: we only stayed in a one-bedroom apartment, so I am sure all of the higher-priced rooms are even nicer). I stay in a lot of hotels and apartments for business travel but Peppers Broadbeach is certainly on a different level.

Beautiful hotel with 5 star amenities. Beautiful location. Our room had everything we could ask for. All the rooms have great views, ours on the 31st floor had ocean views which was perfect. And to top it all off you gt free WiFi which not many places offer these days. Very highly recommended place to stay.

Room Tip: Ocean view rooms are worth it.

I am so delighted that you enjoyed your recent experience at Peppers Broadbeach.

Our facilities certainly are first-class and we often get compliments as to the high standard of the finishings around the property.

I am pleased you enjoyed the ocean view and also the complimentary Wi Fi which we offer to all of our guests.

i do hope to welcome you back soon.

We picked this resort because of the other reviews, location and because we could have a one night stay (difficult for oceanfront apartments at Broadbeach). The room was beautifully furnished and had a gorgeous view. It was high enough to avoid most of the noise from below. Our big disappointment though was the atmosphere, price and service. Whilst they offered free wifi and ipad etc (not what I'm looking for in a beach holiday), what we would have really liked was at least one free bottle of water and checkout later than 10am on a Sunday!!! A couple of little things that would have cost the hotel next to nothing, would have made all the difference to our impression of the stay. Of course, glasses without lipstick stains, a balcony without cigarette ash and full bottles of toiletries instead of supplies that someone else had used would have helped too. But, if you are looking for a luxurious apartment with a great view and location, then this place has all that.

Room Tip: Ask for a high floor and accept the concierge to escort you to the carpark and your room or you will...

Dear Jenallan18,

Thanks so much for taking the time to post this review following your recent stay with us.

I firstly apologise for the few housekeeping issues you mentioned. This certainly is not indicitive of our normal high standards and I assure you this has been addressed with the appropriate managers.

All our room rates include parking, in-room movies, complimentary iPad use, Wi Fi, daily housekeeping, theatre hire and full use of our facilities. Our market research before the property opened in 2010 showed these items, particularly parking and Wi Fi as the main fetaures most guests found beneficial in an accommodation provider. The majority of our competitors do charge for these 'extras'. Whilst complimentary water did not make the top list of guest wishes, all guests needs and wants vary, and I take that on board.

Sincerely,

Adam Taloni

I booked peppers Broadbeach based on so many positive reviews. Although time has allowed us to only stay 2 nights we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The foodie places galore on the gorgeous oracle boulevard and surrounds, woolworths across the street and I do have to name drp - max Brennan's for a late night choccie fix make it easy to satisfy any mouthwatering desires. We would dearly have loved to have time to try out the theatre and pool, gym and sauna equipment, perhaps on our next visit. A complementary I pad and very spacious and clean apartment round out a great relaxing mini break - even with two tween children in tow. Thank-you peppers!

Room Tip: Superior ocean view rooms have 180 degree views of the ocean.

Dear Kerry L,

I am delighted that you and your tweens had a fabulous stay with us recently.

Max Brenner certainly is one of the more popular neighbours we have. Did you manage to try out Social? It's one of the hottest new eateries on the Gold Coast - right across from Max Brenner!

I hope it is not too long before we are able to welcome you all back again.

Sincerely,

You would do well to find a nicer apartment than this. Stayed in a 2 bed room for 11 nights with my wife and 3yo son. Everything about these apartments is excellent. If you had ever dreamed of living in your own luxury apartment then this would be it. Great kitchen, huge bathrooms and bedrooms, and views from the deck to die for.

The location is perfect. Some excellent shops and restaurants just downstairs, and an easy walk to everything that central Broadbeach has to offer.

We have been to the Gold Coast a few times, and stayed at a few different places, but think from now on the choice of where to stay will be simple.

Room Tip: Ocean view is worth it. Enjoy morning coffee on the deck watching the surfers catch the early waves

Dear Bgsub,

Thanks so much for your contribution for fellow travellers to gain an insight of what to expect at Peppers Broadbeach.

I am so pleased to read that you and your family enjoyed your recent stay with us in one of our Two Bedroom suites. I agree with you that the ocean view is totally worth the small extra fee.

Oracle Boulevard below the property certainly now boasts some of the best cafes and restaurants on the Coast. I am pleased you got to experience a few.

i do hope we are able to welcome you back again soon.

Sincerely,

Adam Taloni
