We found the Neptune, reasonably priced, lovely and clean and a short stroll to the beach and shops. The rooms are a good size and nice and light and airy. A/C very quiet too.
Wendy and Allan couldn't have been more helpful.

We made a late booking for the Easter long weekend and the price was reasonable. I emailed to request a higher floor to escape street noise and we were given the 6th floor which I was pleased about as not very high building. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Under cover parking, lovely hot spa, nice kid friendly pool, lovely tennis court and courtyard. We didn't try the café but seemed popular. Our apartment was cosy but we didn't spend much time in it as the location was so convenient. Not on beach but had some water views from our little balcony. Lovely big Japanese style deep bath. Kitchen was very dated but who cares when you are on holiday. Carpet seemed new and clean. On our way out on the first afternoon we mentioned to reception that the air conditioners in the bedrooms were a bit mouldy and they cleaned them immediately. Were clean by the time we returned that afternoon. Also if you book directly through resort you get free high-speed Wi-Fi. The resort was pretty much directly opposite Pacific Fair, about 200m from patrolled beach and great park for the kids which was a very easy walk. Surf club, restaurants and Broadbeach Mall were within close walking distance. There was also a nice little group of restaurants between the two Peppers towers just one block up. Would be happy to stay here again.

Room Tip: If you would like a larger size balcony facing ocean direction just email the resort to request.

Perfectly decent place to stay for a few days.
Views of the highway, or the beach, Check.
5 minutes walk to Broadbeach central.
10 minutes walk to Jupiters Casino.
Buses are frequent, right outside the front door, so access to anywhere up and down the strip shouldn't be a problem.

Room Tip: Ask for a beach side room.

Yes, we do agree with you that we do have a great location. Not only are the buses by the front door, also the tram stop is just across the road, not to mention Pacific Fair as well.
Thank you for taking time to post your review and we will look forward to welcoming you back to Neptune Resort sooner rather than later.

My husband & I recently stayed at the Neptune, what a great location. Everything is at your door step, Pac Fair, The Casino, Oasis shopping centre, the beach, what more could you want & need for a break away. Draculas was fantastic too, no taxis required when you can walk home. The unit was lovely & clean,as well as freshly decorated. Fully self contained so if we didn't want to eat out we didn't have to.
Pleasant & very welcoming staff make this resort a must to return too.

Where should I begin... From the moment we arrived the staff were so welcoming and nothing seemed to be a problem for the team at Neptune Resort.
Our large one bedroom apartment was clean & comfortable with everything we needed for our stay.
Everything was so handy & convenient for us. It was only a short walk into the heart of Broadbeach to the grocery store to pick up the essentials & so many restaurants to choose from!
We purchased Go Explore cards from reception for the tram & buses. This was so easy to get around to the theme parks & to the outlet mall, Harbour Town.
Thank you to all the staff for going that extra mile to make our stay so special.
We will definitely be staying at Neptune again!

I am aware reviews are only one person opinion and usually i don't place bad feedback however I feel i must voice my opinion in regards to my recent stay.
check in was basic and no information given; asked for full payment and $200 bond and given room key. during our stay we asked reception for help and was told we can call the places ourselves in the apartment. When we asked to have the fan cleaned the receptionist advised housekeeping was very busy- the fan was disgusting with built up dirt ( they did eventually clean it) . we stayed 7 nights and to our shock the apartment would NOT be serviced. over everything this is the issue i cannot seem to get over. two people for 7 nights, only two towels that we used for 2 showers daily as well as pool use. no clean sheets or general cleaning. We are not messy people however this is what you expect when you go away and especially to a place with 'resort' in the name. Reception told us if we stayed 8 nights we would have a service. We even had to buy our own toilet paper. none of this was communicated on the booking confirmation or check in. The property is not overly wheelchair friendly either. the entrance requires a person in a wheelchair to go up a steep incline, also the pool has stairs not not possible unless someone can carry you up the stairs and no apartment wheelchair access to bathroom and shower. when asking reception for quotes for airport transfer the prices quoted were much higher than what i could book myself and the same with the theme park options (sea world tickets are $89 however was told $109). I will not stay here again and i don't recommend this property to anyone. I am very let down by this property. FYI i am in the accommodation industry and i would be embarrassed if i associated my name with this property.

Room Tip: Do not stay here

Dear b1212, Firstly let me say, all the staff are very disappointed that your stay with us was not a pleasant one and will try to address your grievances. It has always been policy of self-catering apartments in Queensland that balance is due on arrival plus a bond is required.I know the check-in procedure may be different in a hotel situation. We do sincerely apologize for the dirty fan,and our HK staff did drop the ball on that one.We dealt with it promptly (within 30 mins) of you notifying reception. The apartments are serviced on the 4th day of a 8 night stay. We are sorry that you misunderstood that the apartment would not receive a daily service. This is why our tariffs are lower than a hotel. All apartments have washing machine & clothes dryer. We do have fresh bath and beach towels available from reception as well as toilet paper. You are correct in saying that our pool area does not lend itself to wheel chair access.I do know that the newer buildings do cater better for disabled persons. As far as the theme park info you were given, we receive it from our system but do know that certain other outlets do offer it cheaper than we can. Once again we are sorry you did not enjoy your stay and if you would like to discuss any of the above please give us a call.

I recently stayed at Neptune Resort with my two children and niece in a two bedroom apartment.
The apartment was very clean, bright, spacious and very comfortable. It had awesome ocean views and partial hinderland views. It looked newly painted and had new carpets. The beds were so comfortable even the kids slept in each morning which was perfect for my sanity.

It it walking distance to the beach, mall and trams, Pacific Fair, Casino and the great Broadbeach restaurants. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the grounds were beautifully maintained. It was reasonably priced and I would recommend it to any family.

I recommend staying here and if you have kids age 4 and above go to Drax 4 kids which also is walking distance from the resort.

Hi Tilly L, So pleased you enjoyed your stay with us. Nearly all of the apartments have had fresh paint plus new carpets and beds, which just adds to the appeal for people stay at Neptune Resort, not to mention the great location. Thanks for the feedback on Drax for kids, it will make it easier for us to recommend with confidence, to our future guests.

We will look forward to having you and your family back here, sooner rather than later.
