Yet another wonderful experience.
Cedric serves up superb food, very French in style which I love.
He takes seasonal ingredients and lets them do the talking.
A short menu (a compliment) of 3 starters, 3 mains and 3 puddings still makes it difficult for me to choose - I want all 3!
We had lunch last Friday (11th July) eating out on the terrace, with spectacular views over the Golden Valley and potager, where vegetables, herbs and fruits are growing and being picked.
The wine list is of note, as there is an excellent selection at very reasoanble prices. Try the dry Jurancon, which has now become a firm favourite.
Service is French as well - quietly efficient and happy to be there, I can't fault it.
A very special place that deserves all the praise it gets.
