the motel owner recommended us to try this pizzaria in Fairlie. We ordered pizza as takeaways. The order took about half an hour to make which was reasonable. We ordered the garlic butter pizza base with and 2 large pizza, both half and half so we could try different toppings. The quantity was perfect for 4 adults. The garlic buttered pizza base was beautiful! Packed on flavour. The pizza were made on thin pizza base that were puffer up in places due to the geat of the oven. the pizza were quite authentic, the toppings were a bit more creative and gourmet. My flavourite topping was lamb with caramelised onion and blackberry, with thin pieces of roast lamb balanced with the sweetness of onion and blackberry. The chef added special sauce on all the pizza to make the pizza extra creamy taste and was delicious. My only complaint is that the pizza base were slightly burnt due to the wood fire. But overall a worthwhile a visit.
