This is a beautiful Castle. There are many buildings on the top of this hill, and the view is unbelivable. My son and his wife live in California, and choose to get married here. The staff took very good care of us. There is a court yard off to the side of the Castle where there was a reception, with outdoor pews,The ceremony started with the walk down the courtyard, and they exchanged vows. It was a beautiful time with family. It was set up so we had our privacy as much as possible. The photos you can take up here are unbelievable. Some of the buildings are accessible to view. All of the items in the rooms,, pictures, armour, furniture are of the era. There are also modern updates, as toilets too. A gift shop on your way in the big gates to purchase your souvieners. Just to stand in a part of history, or to be married here is really somthing. It is a bit of a walk from the parking area, and you can walk all around the top of the hill around the castle. All of the people spoke English (gift shop, and our wedding planners. You wont be disappointed with this bit of history.. You can bring the family.
