Very discreet, unassuming restaurant in a very strange town. Greeted very warmly. Very little English spoken by entire staff. Food presented and tasted very good with a flair and passionate imagination. You can choose various set suggestive menu's and enlist the assistance of the Chef's wife to choose accompanying wines - what a life saver! We chose Black & White menu, each course was sublime. Chef came to our table offer to ask if all was ok - of course it was. He informed me that he was going to start a cookery school from next January (I'll be checking his website very soon to put my name forward). I look forward to returning next Spring.
