We chose this B&B because of the excellent reviews it received on Tripadvisor, but it most certainly exceeded our expectations. We stayed for 6 nights, so we got a good chance to try all of the lovely breakfasts. As many others say, the porridge is to die for! It's incredibly thick and creamy and you can also have it with a tot of whisky, sultanas and almonds.
The room we stayed in had wonderful views over the Loch and was a good size. The room was spotlessly clean and had the nice touch of some tasty shortbread everyday.
Lynn and Geoff are lovely hosts and really make you feel welcome. When we came back from days walking in the rain, they would offer to put our wet boots and clothes in their boiler room to dry.
Packed lunches are on offer and usually include sandwiches, fruit, snacks and water.
To top all of this is the fact that this B&B offers dinners! The meals on offer were varied and a good price and were wonderfully cooked. The meals also came with some of Lynn's lovely, fresh homemade bread.
We couldn't have asked for more.
The rooms at the front of the house have wonderful views over the Loch
