Whether in San Vito Lo Capo, visiting Reserva Dello Zingaro or wanting a memorable afternoon by the beach, u Sfizzuisu is a great choice both for the quality of its dishes and the warm family atmosphere. We had the opportunity to dine for both lunch and dinner, and were repeat customers. We tried a wide number of pasta (Busiate), vegetable and fish dishes, and found each dish to be well prepared, fresh and amply portioned. The owners Ignazio and Marianna take pride in their work, and this shows in their warm treatment of customers and the flavour of dishes. The trattoria aims to provide high quality Sicilian specialties and seafood food. I highly recommend the Busiate alla Trapanese, the Melanzane Parmigiana and the fresh fish (locally caught). Desserts are also strong with creative innovations involving the Canollo. However, Ignazio and Marianna are both happy to customize dishes and going beyond the menu. We noticed as well that a number of locals and Italian vacationers were repeat customers (both clientele groups have typically high standards), along with a steady foreign clientele as well. In sum, this is a type of trattoria I wish you had in my own town. Well done!
