“Good value for a nights stay.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 6, 2013 via mobile

Stayed here for 1 night before an early flight the next day. Rooms are very basic but functional. A little hard to find but once there we really enjoyed it. Restaurant in the lobby was awesome. Fabulous authentic pizza. Owners were very nice and as accommodating as possible. Paid 20 for a ride to the airport very early. If you add that to the cost of the room, you are still way less than rooms in the area. Took 8 mins to get to terminal with a nice ride and friendly driver. Well recommended.

This is a B and B located attached to a restaurant located in Fregene adjacent to Fiumicino Airport (Rome's Largest). We have stayed in this area on two previous occasions. This is the first location I will return too. The owners were welcoming and helpful in discussing the easy of getting to the Airport next morning (15 minute drive). The B&B is located on a farm with horses and donkeys in evidence. We spent part of afternoon being entertained by riders taking lessons on horses at the farm. Beach area is a short drive and a great stop for sunset on the Med. Nothing was really open since the season has not began. Then there was dinner. Locals flock to the restaurant. We were treated as special guest since we were staying in the house. Restaurant offers great food, service and an atmosphere that explains the large number of locals on Friday night. This B and B and restaurant will be choice for our last night in Italy during all our future visits to this beautiful country.

Room Tip: Ask for room on back of house.

We had an early morning flight to Sicily, so staying close to the airport made sense. We found our prearranged shuttle with no trouble. Our first mean in Italy was in the restaurant here...and what a meal it was! The rooms are large, comfortable and clean.
All in all, a wonderful way to begin one's vacation in Italy.

Because of plane schedules, i had to spend my last night outside of Rome near the Fiumicino airport. I found AgriSeto on the internet but had no idea how wonderful it would be. The host is a charming very attractive Francesco Fabiani who negotiated down the price of the cab fare and perosnally showed me to the room which had a wonderful view of a field full of carrots. The attached restaurant is one off the best in the area and my meal of mixed grill meats was selected because of the attractive butchers meat case at the entrance. The old inn is truly charming and inviting and the staff very pleasant. If you have to stay overnight in Rome this is e place to stay. At fifteen minutes away from the airport it is very convenient.- Bill Cook

Room Tip: book in advance and be sure to take one of their recommended taxis. Italy cabs will charge double if...

What a great welcome at this family-run B&B. We were greeted upon arrival with help to carry bags to our room and cold water to drink, as well as an espresso maker that works 24/7 outside the room. The rooms were very comfortable, with lots of hot water in the shower (The only challenge was reaching the plug to use the hair dryer; required standing on a chair to reach it). One big highlight was the restaurant. Great meal in a fun location. The breakfast was also by far the best we had in Italy, with many choices--to include yogurt, fresh-cut fruit, toast, cereal, and different types of sweet and other breads. With the amenities and personal touches by the family (like printing out a map for us to get to the airport), we would definitely stay there again.

The restaurant was simply excellent.

The staff is too close to you so you won't need anything at all.

The quality of the food is terribly excellent and everthing is fresh.

I really don't know how to tell you how much was great my dinner there.

Thank you Francesco for all what you have for us and don't change nothing.

I'm in love with your food.
