we spent three nights at l'Aiglon and had twice dinner at the hotel restaurant, as the owner insisted that we stay on a half-board. the restaurant overall is quite nice and service staff is friendly. however, I feel the need to write a negative review: here's an explanation:
- the menu is very limited and features almost no vegetarian options
- the service staff forgot or mixed up orders
- the head of the service staff clearly lied to us about ingredients (a pizza being prepared again without mushrooms, while they simply tried to remove the mushrooms instead)
