Food and service were great. Went on Christmas Eve and had the most incredible ceviche and tuna tartare. Ceviche had a nice bit of kick at the end, as it was in a light coconut milk sauce with red pepper. The tuna steaks were great, but mine had avocado sauce over it and was too much sauce. My wife had the dorado with lemon and wine and it was terrific!
Hope they decide to not change the name to pacifico Azul like they're planning. Gilded iguana seems so much better, and they'd have to change all the maps ;-)
