I'd been wanting to visit Ethel's Kitchen for quite some time, so when I finally got round to it, I was not disappointed.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating, greeting us promptly as soon as we walked in. We were seated in the downstairs area, and was seen to immediately. The decor consists of bric-a-brac items which makes this place even more unique and interesting.
We only stopped there for some sweet treats but they were still delicious. I chose the home made bakewell tart which went down a treat, my only criticism is that I didn't have enough of the lovely custard with it. The menu is very varied, so you can come here for savoury brunches or grab a little sweet bite to eat. All in all, I will definitely visit again to try their other dishes!
