I have been doing Vinyasa Yoga at Revitalise for 10 weeks now with Alexa Garside. Alexa has an amazing ability to work with you individually and takes time out to get to know you, which gives you the confidence to try some poses you may find difficult in other classes. Alexa will also every week concentrate on different parts of the body and explain the importance and the benefits of each poses/movements. Revitalise offer classes for total beginner's and for the more experienced, you can either do a drop-in class or book yourself on a course. The rooms are warm cosy and have matts/blocks for you to use. I would highly recommend this class and have found Alexa to be one of the nicest and helpful yoga teachers I've ever had.
