Arrived at airport on a lovely day and was very excited, it took aroung half hour for transfers, whilst booking in hotel found our room was not ready, so they offered us a new room which we excepted, me and my partner got to our room to find blood stains on the bed and had to go and complain, although it was sorted straight away you could see they was not that keen or bothered. During our stay we met some people and tried to have a laugh but the germans kept complaining we were to noisy and at one point got refused service at the bar even though we was not drunk. tried phoning our rep who is called dan with My travel, dont book with them he was no help and didnt want to help us and the 4 other groups we met, germans got treated with a lot more respect than we did. Hotel was nice and friendly maids who we had laugh with, bar staff ok with an exception of one, lanky spanish fellow who is very rude and didnt stop giving us dirty looks for four nites and wouldnt serve us so we had to complain to rep, again was no help dan dan the arrogant man. even though my children stayed with there nan the kids entertainer melanie was very very good and funny, i recommend that anyone with noisy kids should not go here, or anyone that is not german really. And by the way the food is disgusting so we had to eat out alot so for an all inclusive holiday it was quite expensive. marks out of ten. 4..

i agree with everything they say, we arrived on a wednesday night 11pm so our all inclusive didn't start untill thursday breakfast finished wednesday breakfast so we got 6 days all inclusive and just breakfast on day 7. would i go again? NO

just came back from nereida, hotel was the cleanest i,d ever been in, food was fresh plenty of different fish dishes loads of
fruit, pasta and chicken. the bar service was also good waitress service at night which was nice and no long wait .the beach was rocky but my 14 year old son snorkeled every day with no problems you just have to be careful .aircon in the rooms helped
as well i would recommend this hotel to any family and would go
back

Firstly, i'd like to say that i don't know where the last two people who wrote reviews stayed but it certainly couldn't of been at the same place as me!! The food was absolutely gorgeous. It was all fresh food with lots of choice. We took five children on holiday with us & they all ate far better while being away than when we were at home. They were tasting swordfish & all different kinds of fruit so no, it wasn't just chips & hard sausage. The rooms were cleaned everyday & not just the rooms but everywhere we looked it was clean & tidy. The poolside gets washed down everynight yes, i will agree there are only a few sunbeds for the size of the hotel but we were very happy lying in the sun on a lilo & yes there is a beach down 'four steps' off the poolside. I booked my holiday off a travel agent & in the brochure it did say it was on a rocky beach so please READ the brochure before you go away but there is a lovely beach just 300 mtrs away with watersports.
As i said, we took away 5 children ranging from 9mths to 10yrs & there was plenty to do for all of them. The mini disco was fun for them while we sat on the rocks watching 'THE BEST SUNSET I'VE EVER SEEN' It was beautiful & we watched it at 8.30 every night from the hotel. The bar staff were fine with us, we never had a problem with them at all, even when the children went to get their own drinks & ice creams all day there was never a problem. The nicest was at night as it was waiter service at your table for the bar & they are always out collecting glasses & serving non-stop!!!
The pool isn't very large for the hotel but i lay on my lilo sleeping in the pool & didnt get bashed about also, no-one in our group got infections.
I can quite easily say that this holiday was one of the best holidays that i have been on.
This is a A++++++++++ hotel & i recommend it to anyone
