The Stella Maris Parasio Complex is about 2.5 miles outside San Antonio. Bit of a walk out, but its lovely and quiet at night. There's no British tour operators there, mainly Dutch, Spanish and German, but you can book direct on the internet. The complex is really well spaced out, you never feel that you're on top of everyone !! The apartments are clean, spacious, and all come with a fridge and air conditioning. There's 3 different pools, a gift shop, a supermarket, Tennis Courts, Cycling clubs, kid's club, loads to do and if you want to stay there all the time, you can book all inclusive. Staff all friendly

Its about a 20 minute walk into the nice part of San Antonio (Coastline Cafe & Cafe Del Mar). Its about 40 minutes to the centre of town (Westend). They lay on a bus service every hour until 10.30pm for 1 Euro. If you want to do the walk home, take a torch, as there's no road lights, but the walk's pretty safe. If not, a cab is about 6 Euros.

Just booked direct of the net as I wanted somewhere that wasn't all lager louts but close to the clubs, perfect place.

I really believe that the hotel is excellent. For various reasons I had to rate it somewhere. I travel a lot to mexico and there the service I have found is like no other. Except when I went to Stella Maris. The people that workk there are too nice and the view of the hotel is just exquisite. The hotel itself is in a mountain and the rooms are dsipersed all over giving you the perfect sense of the exotic resort. The rooms are very confortable and adequate for ibiza. The only problem i saw was that to go up into your rooms takes more than a breath. The restaurant is excellent , and they even store your wine bottles for the next day if you don't finish them. It is secluded from San Antonio and it is just great. I recomend it for any couple that wants to have fun or a group of friends searching for an adventure. Tip" In IBIZA, rent a car , you wont regret it. driving around in ibiza at night pays for the trouble of renting the car.

I stayed at STELLA MARIS CLUB PARAISO in June of 2004. It's a nice place. The only problem is that it's too far from the city center. They have a shuttle that takes you and from the city (San Antonio) center, but that runs only once per hour and during the peak hours of the day. If I was going back, I would stay in Ibiza City, not San Antonio. Ibiza City is much larger and there is more going on there.

Large air conditioned rooms, huge garden quiet, good food - my favorite place on Ibiza!
