“Staff great, location great and food great.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 21, 2013

Just returned from hotel and stayed 11 nights had room with sea view. Room was great very clean and fantastic view. Staff in hotel were great nothing but great service every day. Food in hotel very good and breakfast superb. We upgrade to fully inclusive which was well worth price £25 euros a day for drinks, snacks and lunch. Drinks very good a lots to choose. Only issue with hotel and it is big issue with all guests are sun beds. They are all gone by 8am every day despite notices around hotel. Some beds were still empty at 2pm with towels on this happened a few times. Pool attendant was nice guy but someone needs to change his job role and get him to manage beds daily. Would not put anyone off from staying in hotel as it is a great hotel but this issue needs fixing. Would also say location of hotel great close to all areas and bus outside hotel takes you to Ibiza town for £3 euros number 8 bus. Would again say staff are great and hotel is very good and food very good.

We have just arrived home from the Fiesta Palmyra and had a great weeks stay.
We arrived at 3am in the morning and after a long journey, were thrilled with the efficient, polite welcome and our room, which was immaculate and had a stunning sea view.

We upgraded to the deluxe all inclusive package, we felt this was worth the money as lunch and premium drinks brands were included -as well as the safe, which alone cost 4 Euros per day.
Food at the hotel was of a good standard, there was plenty of choice and lots of salads, fresh breads and fruits, and not all fried as previously suggested.

The staff were very attentive and good fun, especially Louiza and Jocquin who worked on the bars. They went out if their way to serve drinks and make conversation.

I agree with the previous comments around the number of beds at the pool. It was very crammed and as per other reviews, no beds after 8.30 am. For a 4* hotel I expected the pool area to be more organised and less of a free for all.
After the rainy day the mattresses were saturated and it was not pleasant for a few days after this.
It would be ideal if the hotel used the life guards time more effectively, for example he could allocate beds to guests on arrival, and to then collect in towels left on beds for more than 30-60 minutes (use the towel card system more effectively), he could also have tidied up the beds during / at the end of the day / collect mattresses in before rain etc, it wouldn’t take a little effort on his part to make the pool a more enjoyable/ tidy area. The pool was very rarely used (as it is freezing!) and as it is adults only I am sure the drowning risk is minimal.

The entertainment team were friendly enough, although some of the ‘games’ around the pool were questionable! They also played the same music in the evenings; it was like they had the same playlist on repeat.
Again it wouldn’t take much to arrange volleyball /pool games, play more variety of music during the day.
Even in the evening, the entertainment was limited and whilst the staff were there, often they were just on the computer waiting for the guest act; in other resorts I have seen staff talking to guests, taking music requests etc

The location of the hotel, for us was perfect. We could easily walk to the Sunset strip, West end, Nightclubs and Bus station. There were also popular bars such as the Ibiza Rocks and Linekars within a 2 minute walk.

What was ideal about this hotel was that whilst it was close to the action it seemed a world away as well. People at the hotel were older and ‘more refined ‘than the average Ibiza visitor, making the hotel ideal for couples and ‘older’ groups of friends, rather than the 18-25 year olds.
This meant that you could sleep well, relax in comfort and get good food and drinks, whilst still enjoying the Ibiza nightlife.

Room Tip: Sea View- worth the extra money

we have just returned from a 3 night stay at this hotel and I have mixed reviews. The hotel itself is very clean and the rooms were made everyday with fresh towels. The beds are very comfortable and boy, you do get a good nights sleep. To be honest this hotel is not for the average Ibiza clubber as there was very limited entertainment during the day. They didn't even have Any music playing around the terrace and pool area. Ok Ok there is lots of bars around the area but we were on an all inclusive package and we wanted to take advantage of this. We were a little unfortunate with the weather and we were expecting to be entertained, but nothing. It is stated that you are not allowed to reserve a sun lounger but people do and for the amount of people in the hotel there is not enough of them. It also states that For Your Own Safety, Inflatables are not allowed in the pool. Come on Fiesta Group how can someone hurt or injure themselves with an inflatable. The restaurant is clean but very small. The food was average and edible but very limited in choice and they deep fried alot of food, so when you left the restaurant your clothes smelt like you have done a hard shift at Macdonalds. For my wife and myself, we paid over £200 per night for this all inclusive deal and for a 4* hotel our expectations were high. So im sorry Fiesta Group you will not be getting a rave review. If you are between 25 - 35 and want to stay in Ibiza, my advice is to save your cash and check out the Hawaii or the Algarb.

Room Tip: Pay extra for the room with pool or sea view as some rooms are facing one of San Antonios busiest ro...

Moved to this hotel halfway through my trip to be closer to my friends from the Sunset Strip and did not regret my move at all.
Was lucky enough to get one of the best rooms I think - was just amazed. Front sea view top floor - the views of the bay and sunsets in evening are just amazing. Worth the little bit extra.
Staff at reception was extremely helpful and friendly.
Loved the hotel decor - which some hotels can be dated - not this one - very spacious lots of mirrors just brilliant.
Room was very specious, clean. Could lie in bed after night out and just watch the sea - just priceless
Very close to good bars along the bay and the two clubs.
Beach in front is very nice too and was not too busy in September
Did not eat much at hotel only dinner once and selection and food was very tasty
Would definitely go back with friends or on my own

Room Tip: Worth going for the sea view rooms

Check in no problem, arrives at 9.30pm just as the restaurant was closing but receptionist said if we come back at 10pm there would be a cold buffet for us which was fine because we did not expect to get anything. Room clean and over looking the sea which was good.
Food the restuarant was very clean and well laid out, the food its self was delicious could not fault it one bit and I am a fussy eater, waitresses and waiters very friendly plus bar staff could not do enough for you. overall a very good hotel, then you come to the pool, the beds must have been made in the 1920s all wooden no comfort what so ever, the mattresses were a disgrace left out all night and soaking wet in the morning you could not use them.
They had a lifeguard on duty and all he done was give towels out and nothing else it would not have been to much trouble to collect all the matresses at night and put them somewhere dry and in the morning you could pick them up yourself,
The pool man, nice bloke but started washing down the pool area when people were trying to sunbathe with is hosepipe and trying wash under the sun beds while you are lying on them, then he started cleaning the pool while you were swimming in it, all this should be done early morning before you come down but no he starts about 8.30am. that is my only gripe about this hotel and a lot of people said the same thing, so come on Fiesta Group get your finger out and do somrthing about it

We booked this hotel to have a cheap 2 week break within Europe rather than the long haul flights to the USA or Mexico. The hotel has many good points including the food being of a better quality than some of its competitors with a good choice even for the fussiest of eaters, with a very mixed age groups and nationalities. The room was a good size, quiet, clean, comfortable with a good shower (often lacking in European hotels). The staff are friendly and professional. The entertainment is no worse than other similar Spanish hotels, but on the plus side they had an excellent rock band, both of the entertainment staff are really nice and make time during the day and night to spend time talking to the residents. The downside is the lack of sunbeds and this really needs addressing, with maybe the trees and flower beds removing to provide more space, if you are not down for 8am then you will only get a bed in the shade and after 9am forget it you wont get a bed at all. The pool is not open until 10am and despite this its was never open or cleaned by this time, often with the pool attendant still cleaning at 11am and getting the patron to move... rather annoying when you are on holiday to relax. The extra charges for the safe is outrageous and they seem to try and offer add ons which are not a cheap options for drinks/wifi etc.. The check out time is 12pm so if you arrive before 2pm then your room is unlikely to be ready. But on balance this was a cheap holiday costing an average of £85 per day per couple for the room, flights, food and transfer... good value and great location for the bay and other activities.

Room Tip: Floor 4 and near to the hotel car park is very quiet..

Third time at this hotel. Although the last stay was disappointing we went again this years as we got a great deal on the price and the hotel is in a good location.
On arrival this time the reception staff were very good. We even got offered a cold drink of juice whilst being checked in and a cloth to freshen. This we thought was a nice touch. Check in was very efficient.
We did not get a sea view room this time unlike previously but as we got such a good deal we did not really expect one. The room overlooked a busy road but we didn't really find noise a problem.
The rooms are huge and really clean.
We were really pleased with the choice and standard of food served in the restaurant.
This hotel could maybe do with updating a little as it hasn't changed since we went five years ago.
The massive disadvantage of this hotel which I'm sure everyone moans about is the fact that there are so few sunbeds around the pool for the number of guests staying at the hotel. They would be better making the pool smaller or use some of the terrace area for sun loungers. People also reserve sunbeds with towels so unless you are up super early you have no chance!!!
The beach is right outside the hotel so you can sun bathe there but its not ideal.

Room Tip: Pay extra for a sea view room!!!
