Firstly this is not, as one reviewer put it, ''A glorified fast food outlet that caters for the Brits!'' It is very Spanish & the majority of the customers were Spanish & not Brits when we visited.
We visited on a Saturday of a bank holiday weekend & the place was rammed. As davids says, ''Weekends & holidays should be avoided,'' he is not wrong. We were seated right away the waiter brought the menus & took our drinks order. We waited a good 10 mins for our drinks, bread & olives to arrive. We then had to wait a further 15 mins before we ordered our food. Then we wated & waited for the food to arrive, which it eventually did over 75 mins after sitting down. It has to be said that the waiter kept coming over to apologise.
We started with a selection of chanquttas, chicken croquettas, pill pill & the roasted red pepper salad. Followed by one of the best paellas I have ever had. The portions are generous to say the least & everything was well prepared.
With 2 bottles of wine, 4 beers, water & coffee, plus a drink on the house The bill came to €95
