Could not complain about the hotel, the staff couldn't do enough for you, but do bring a kettle you might need a tea/coffee during the night. You do not need to use the beach, hotel pool clean and has everything you need. Location very good

We booked this hotel for 10 nights and on check-in we were offered an upgraded room at the sister hotel next door. We viewed the room at the Jupiter and it was very clean and modern but we opted for the sister hotel as the room was similar but had a balcony. We used the Jupiter facilities most days such as the pool, gym and I visited the spa which was excellent. Drink prices were good for a hotel. Excellent location and friendly staff. Would book again.

Stayed here 8 nights beginning July. The weather was excellent so we were out all day -never had time to use the spa facilities and only spent a couple hours by the pool ( beach lovers ).

Pro's - Fab location -had sea view 6th floor overlooking the pool and the beach.
Nice and very efficient staff both at reception and at breakfast.
Room was clean and tidy although quite small-but i'd rather have small +clean anyday.
Big plus-Never had anyone else' stray hairs on the fluffy white towels-(pet hate).
Room quiet enough once entertainment below finishes around 12. Air con very quiet.
Overall great hotel to use as a base and do your own thing.Lots of restaurants choice.

Cons- Nothing major - wardrobe and drawer space can be limited for some but ok our 8 day stay.

One very annoying trait is the saving of sunbeds - Not just towels- Pathetic individuals now using flip flops to secure them... Oh dear!
Go and enjoy the lovely beach -do you really want to be surrounded by the above mentality.
Overall fantastic stay/holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Room Tip: We had sea view room - well worth it.

Hotel Jupiter was a beautiful hotel to stay in. I was worried at first as I was travelling with an infant and they had no facilities in the room for bottles, however I had a travel kettle and found that worked perfect. As there was a fridge in our room to put bottles. the room air conditioning was very good.

The hotel was spotless and the room were perfect, we had a room over looking the pool and beach with a super king size bed. The rooms were cleaned everyday and the maids were lovely:)

The reception and bar staff were extremely polite and helpful, and during my stay I had lost my camera which was returned to me, by the bar staff in hotel.

While there I would highly recommend a cafe/restaurant called Marco Pollo it is very friendly and fab food at very reasonable prices. It is located near the marina from the strip. The hotel itself is very central a great location for everything.

Breakfast in the hotel was very good and had a wide selection of food that's was very fresh.

I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone both families and couples :)

We stayed 2 nights at this Hotel for the 3rd time, and what we can say is that the rooms are simple, it´s not a brand new hotel, however is very very clean, and you can see that they've been very careful with the maintenance of the hotel. It's right in front of the beach, with a good swiming pool, the staff is friendly, everynight there's some guys playing for the guests nice music which provides good atmosphere and the breakfast is great. it's definitly a place to stay if you're in Algarve and want something cheap with good quality.

Room Tip: Book arrom heading to the beach :)

We stayed from the 20 June until the 30 June, we arrived at about lunchtime because we had an early flight, our room wasn't ready when we got there but we went for lunch came back at 1 and it was ready (check in not until 2), so that was much appreciated. The porter took our bags up for us and showed us around the room which was lovely, and the room was amazing! We had room 504 which was a sea view, would highly recommend paying the extra for a sea view as I know not all requests were met. The room was spacious, clean had the most amazing view! People got up at the crack of dawn to reserve sunbeds, so if you aren't a morning person you may have issues! We discovered the most amazing beach club on the last few days where sunbeds are aplenty! Go out the hotel, turn left and follow the road all the way to the end, it's on the otherside of the small pier, opposite all the beach sports, there's either a beach side club where you pay 5 euro for a bed, or a pool club ( much more luxurious!) where you get given a card when you go in and just have to spend 5 euros each on food or drink, and no charge for the beds which were comfy and much more private than the standard beach ones, you could even have a massive double bed!
Used the spa and had an Indian head massage for 30 euros which was lovely, but pricey compared to english spas but definitely a nice treat.
Breakfast brilliant, loads of choice and very tasty food. Didn't try dinner there, plenty of nice restaurants along the strip. Cafe de mar is delicious and you can get a table overlooking the sea.
Staff were all very polite and welcoming.
We went to the waterpark slide and splash one day which was a great day out, barely any queues and very clean! 64 euros for 2 including coach there and back.
Overall, we had a great 10 days, and would definitely return. Ignore bad reviews, this place is wonderful and in the best location.

This hotel was extremely friendly and it was so central to everything.
It was near to the beach which was beautiful. It was only across from the hotel.
There was loads of pubs, restraunts and shops.
I would stay there again

Room Tip: sea view room are good
