The attitude of the staff of this hotel to its clients could be better. From all the staff, only one receptionist speaks English. The worst think of all the stay was the dinner. If you go to this hotel, don´t book halfboard. The food was too greasy and they used too much oil to prepare it, even pasta. Their pork steak was cuvered with flour, as well as the chicken steak. They also can´t prepare any side dish, it was not possible to chew the potatoes. The only food that was eatable was tuna steak with vegetable. But it was one dinner out of seven. The work of waitresses was not organised at all, we were sitting with our plates empty for like 15 minutes and they were passing by empty handed. One evening we asked for a bottle of wine and we liked it so we ordered it the day after as well. We were told that they run out of this wine. That would be ok, if they wouldn´t tell us the same think for three evenings. The third evening she went to search it in the second restaurant and voila, it was there. The breakfast was not very rich and did not varied at all during the week. Also, when they run out of, for example, ham that was assigned for that day, they didn´t gave it any more and there was still like one hour till the end of breakfast time. Everybody spoke German to me, even after saying for thousand times that I don´t speak German. The menu for the dinner was in Italian and German. When I asked the waitress for a translation, she didn´t know and told me that I have it there in German. So I told her, again, that I don´t speak German. She was very rude, grabbed the paper with the menu in a harsh way and walked away. Then she brought it and put it in front of me, again harshly, with an English translation from the receptionist. I asked at the reception if the menu could be also in English and from that time on it was only in English. Poor German clients.
If not, the building of the hotel and the room were very nice. The beach was also perfect, the hotel have its own parasols and sunbeds free of charge. We were also surprised that there are only a few bars in the town and none on the beach. But finally we found one with a very sympathic barman not far from the hotel.
