“Il Giardino del Barocco Noto”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 17, 2012

We stayed for 2 nights at this lovley charming old noble house , we were in a garden room which was quite and with a small kitchen area so if like us you ate to much at breakfast which was the best laid table for breakfast I`d seen and scoffed! you could get a snack from the mini market opposite and prepare yourselfs to eat well again in the evening at Tratoria Ducezio .The room was spacious clean and modern the old house where breakfast was served is in the Gattopardo style of living a bit like being in on a film set. The host Giovanni warmly welcomed us and told us of the main sights which are 5mins easy walk away ,parking the small car on street was easy once you find the street, GPS thankyou! it is best to park and walk up/ down to find the entrance the big door quitely hiding the secreted garden .We would recommend and go back too .

We was in this B&B this september and was really perfect experience.
Rooms are big and nice, with small kitchen and have his own entrance to the garden.
In the garden was perfect breakfast with ricotta, many cakes, fresh orange juice and many other perfect things.
Rest of the historical house make the owner to museum and was experience too.
The location is also perfect. 5 minutes to every "must-see" monuments of Noto.
We was very very very satisfied.
Thank you Giovanni.

This was a wonderful welcoming place to stay. We had a beautiful modern bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. Breakfast was served in the garden under the lemon and lime trees, and was one of the best we had during our Italian tour. After breakfast we had a fascinating tour of the house which until recently was a museum, but is now only open to hotel guests. The hotel is perfectly placed just a few minutes walk from the town centre. Parking is in the street, but there was no problem with this.
Excellent value for money.

A friend & I recently stayed at this lovely B&B where we were hosted by Giovanni, who is possibly one of the most accommodating and welcoming host I've ever met to date. Rooms are really comfy & the garden is a true haven. I would highly recommend you book your next stay in Noto at this B&B. You won't regret it!

Fab place to stay. Rooms so clean, air conditioned, international tv, kitchenette to give you an opportunity to eat/drink in. Breakfast served in beautiful garden-also a lovely place to have an aperitif. Owner was so helpful and pleasant. Highly recommended.

This charming B&B was a private home and stable for many generations, recently remodeled into a wonderfully historic place to stay in the centro. It is a welcoming spot with rooms that open to the garden, very quiet and peaceful. The excellent breakfast is served in the glorious main house that is also a private museum of items collected by the family over generations. You will feel a part of this charming town.

Room Tip: The garden rooms are so peaceful ... a great night's sleep.

My wife and I did a Little trip around Sicily last September. We went in a romantic mood. This hotel is not at all romantic. But Noto is a very hard place to find hotels. I couldn’t get something better at a reasonable price. So, if you do not ask much from a room, it can be an option. There are two big problems: 1) The bathroom is small and ugly; 2) If you get a room that faces the street, it is noisy and obscure. The best part is breakfast. I’m not a fan of Sicilian breakfast (mainly rich pastry), but this is more French style (even with pains au chocolat). And when you finish your meal, the owner takes you to visit the so called “palace”, a 17th century house that used to function as a small museum.
