The restaurant is in a stunning location overlooking the sea in the old town, but this is not its main attraction, because once you see and taste the antipasti tasting everything else takes second stage. At €20 it doesn't seem cheap as a starter, but in reality you get a full tasting menu composed by the freshest and most fantastic delicacies.
Of the 10 dishes included in the antipasti, I remember as exceptional: breaded and stuffed cozze, a bake of potatos, shellfish and rice ; tuna carpaccio ; whitebaits ; alici marinate ; fried calamari ; surprise 'arancini' filled with cheese, fish, vegetables.
All of them truly excellent and perfectly cooked.
Only downside: I had to cancel a glorious seabass I ordered as a main, given that the starter were so plenty and delicious that even my greedy appetite faltered... Probably the best place I visited in Puglia!
