i would say we were generally satisfied with our stay, however it was so mostly due to the factors that didn't depend on the service level of the hotel personnel. the resort's location is absolutely perfect, it possesses a big green well maintained area around the buildings, and the beach was also relatively clean. we booked a sea front room, and i highly recommend this type of room, as we always had a fresh breezy atmosphere inside, not to mention an amazing view of the sea. we were told at the breakfast, that the rooms overlooking the forest have problems with mosquitos, so beware!
what was kind of disappointment for us, is the level of the hotel personnel. we didn't have any major issues, but they are the details that matter, and every time we needed to ask for assistance of the hotel staff, we had either a delay or were forgotten, or the way of communication was not that pleasant as we used to have in greece in general. logically, the choice of the personnel depends on the hotel management, and the choice was not great i regret to say, at least for the level that the hotel is positioned in the market (the room costed above average). also the breakfast menu needs improvement.
