I enjoyed this museum thoroughly! Some German friends offered to take me here on one of my days off on a business trip. When they said, "clocks" I kinda frowned thinking it would be a boring trip that I would have to just be polite about. But when we arrived, it was quite different from what I expected. There was a gentleman who gave us an overview of how different clocks worked down through history up to today. They had watches and clocks from all over the world, some even as old as prehistoric times. There was also a complex one displayed up front that had absolutely no mechanical parts whatsoever. It operated by only weights and pulleys. It was so big that it wouldn't have even fit in a normal office cubical I don't believe. It was fascinating to actually see something that large with no mechanical parts work and actually keep the correct time!
