The autogrill facilities here consist of a regional-items-shop, restrooms, a sandwichbar and a (semi)self-service restaurant. At the time we visited, the choice of dishes was limited to two pasta-dishes and halfway gone salads. The grill and rest of the kitchen seemed to be closed for cleaning, so it seemed. Seemed, because the women behind the counter didn't bother to slow down her narrative a little bit and I'm not that fluent at French, not being a native speaker.
Anyways, the pasta dish was actually reasonable of quality, though overpiced for the size and location. My friend had a sandwich from the sandwichbar and she was more satisfied with the price and qualitiy balance. In short, avoid the self-service restaurant and stick with the sandwiches if you end up here being so hungry that you can't wait till the next "Aire".
