“The best BBQ ever!!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 25, 2013

The best BBQ in Puerto Rico. Chicken is delicious as usual. Yuca and "batata" are always a must. Not to mention the delicious ribs. Made from Caribbean hands. Certainly the best food "on the go" for tourists.

“Bebos- slow service, all pre-made local food, indifferent employees, hurting business- but great roasted chicken”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed November 5, 2013 via mobile

I have been here many times. Some think their food is greasy. But roasted pork and ribs are greasy, but tasty. I go only to buy roasted chicken, yuca and green bananas. During all my visits the service has been very slow. During this last visit the service was unacceptable. The food is already prepared, they only serve it in foam containers or plates. Took 45 minutes with 3 customers in front of us. They have 2 lines in 2 sides of the establishment but no order in who they service first. Employees look miserable and do not care about providing good service. If you have plenty of time, not in a hurry, try some of the local food. Otherwise, go somewhere else. The "guaguitas" or "buses" you may see around have similar food. You can also go to ocean park to Churris, a popular spot for sandwiches and local food, but they open at 6/7pm.

“so glad we stopped here”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 1, 2013

We heard about this restaurant from a friend, and almost missed it as we were flying out. We had some time so our cab driver agreed to stop. So glad she did! We got food to go and ate it while we waited for our plane. The pork was out of this world!! The chicken and ribs were fantastic as well, but I'm partial to pork. I didn't try any sides, but my friends were very happy with them. We were there at 9am and it was already busy! Its very greasy, but I guess that's why it tastes so good. BTW,the bathroom is really nice. looks brand new. You wouldn't think so by the looks of the place, but it was very clean and nicely tiled.

“Great value and decent food.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 22, 2013

We came here after reading all the good reviews. We weren't disappointed. Yes, the meat was on the salty and greasy side, but hey, this is Puerto Rico. Nearly every restaurants we ate during our week of stay were on the salty side with a lot of grease (even Church's Chicken). We did enjoy the food, but not the setting. We took our food with cold beers back to our resort for consumption. The place is outdoor, not all that clean with a lot of mosquitos and it sits next to the freeway. I do recommend trying PR BBQ at least once and Bebo is not a bad choice. By the way, it was very slow even though the meats were already cooked. So, expect at least one hour wait or longer.
