“Yummy food, nice place, good service, high prices”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 14, 2010

I liked this restaurant even though it was pricey. The food was very good and the service was nice as well. On Friday night they had a perfomer there singing and playing the guitar, he was great! It's was very romantic. I would go again.

“Not your money's worth”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 2, 2010

We Visited this restaurant on December 30th., 2009 to celebrate our 20th. wedding anniversary. We were two couples and selected this restaurant based on reviews in Tripadvisor.com. The overall experience was that this restaurant is just average when it comes to the quality of the food and the service. It is extremely pricy considering the quality of the food that you get for your money. The caprese salad was a culinary insult. The so called "salad" was nothing more than some slices of standard/beefsteak tomato (not plum tomatoes) with a small piece of mozzarella cheese on top and 2 basil leaves in the middle of the plate. No garnish at all. No great balsamic vinegar over the salad. No nothing. We had to ask for salt, pepper and more basil . Ordinary balsamic vinegar was available on the table. For a $20.00 caprese salad, we expected, at least, beautiful presentation, great balsamic vinegar and rich plum tomatoes.

The main courses were just ok. The rissotto was only average. We have had much better rissotto many times for a better price. A good note was the creme brulee we shared for dessert which was excellent and was the only high note of the night.

“Amazing food with a beautiful Italian Renaissance ambiance.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 29, 2009

Our dinner here was amazing. No reservations were required and dress was casual to formal. We were treated upon arrival with a glass of the house champagne - which was excellent - and seated us right away. We asked our waiter to make a recommendation for the wine and he chose very well. Although I don't remember the name of the wine, I do remember that it was a perfect fit for both meat and fish. The meat could be cut with only the fork and the flavor for everything was absolutely perfect. When we moved on to dessert, we were impressed again with the flavors and presentation of the dishes. We were never rushed, even at the end of our meal which was towards closing time. The perfect restaurant is one in which you can enjoy the company as well as the food; one in which the sight and smell of the food is as pleasing as the taste when you finally take a bite; and one in which you feel like you are welcomed as family. Alfredo's meets all of these requirements.
