This is a lovely b and b. A lovely welcome from Rebecca and Rob who filled us in on places of interest over tea and cake. Breakfast muffins with Apple compote was my favourite in the morning. Thoroughly recommended. Hope to return.

My husband and l stayed for three nights at Heacham House and quickly realised what a gem we had found. From the homemade cake and tea on arrival, beautifully decorated room, scrumptious breakfasts to the little things like fresh flowers and homemade biscuits in our room. Rob and Rebecca were friendly, helpful and made you feel very welcome. Hope stay again next year. Suzan.

Recently had a 2 night stay in this fabulous B & B. The 5* award really is warranted - room was spotless, comfortable and very tastefully decorated in a boutique-style. The breakfast was delicious with Rebecca making all the breads, jams, etc. Rob served the breakfast, bringing humour and down-to-earth friendliness with it. Nothing was too much trouble for Rob and Rebecca, you could even take a takeaway back to eat if you desired!
I would really recommend a stay at Heacham House - we look forward to returning there in the near future!

Thank you for writing such a lovely review, although I think I will have to keep a close eye on Rob as his repartee seems to be featuring heavily in recent reviews! We're very pleased you enjoyed your stay with us and would, of course, be delighted if you chose to return in the future.

My self, wife, brother and sister in law just spent two nights at Heacham House. We had read the good reviews and were hopeful. It exceeded our expectations. The hosts Rob and Rebecca were great, interesting people. Rebecca makes all of her own breads and confiture for breakfast, biscuits for the rooms etc. The attention to detail and quality was excellent. My brother is gluten intolerant and Rebecca catered for him better than a 5 star hotel. It was a joy to stay there and we will definitely repeat the experience.

We booked 3 nights to meet up with my son and his family who were staying nearby
Nothing was too much trouble Rebecca even cooked me a vegetarian sausage ,just for me to try (delicious !,)
Don't even think about booking a lunch as the fantastic breakfast will keep you going all day
Enjoyed everything Rebecca's fantastic cookies (replaced every day) and Rob kept us up to date with hilarious gossip
Thank you both ,I am sure we will be back

Just returned from a wonderful 4 day break with my daughter at Heacham House. We booked the B&B from checking comments on Trip Advisor and I am pleased to report we were not disappointed.
The location was brilliant for visiting local attractions, the rooms were immaculate and Rob and Rebecca the owners were perfect hosts. They made you feel welcome and were extremely helpful and the breakfast was amazing :).
Thank you for making our much needed break enjoyable and hope to return soon with my husband who I know would also love it.

Room Tip: We stayed in the twin room which did not have an en-suite, but this did not cause any problems as th...
