“Odd but ok”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed April 25, 2012

The pizza and meals are definitely hand made. However the salad bar was poor and disappointing.
The restaurant was basic - pine chairs and tables not much ambiance sort of an eat and go.
The service was good and there did seem to be locals there.
May go again

“Italy in St Ives.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 14, 2012

Excellent food, service and friendly atmosphere. Fast food or make an occasion. All sorts of visit, but for business, when in a hurry. Economical, great value for money.

“Perfect family pizza place”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 14, 2011

Pizza Town is the kind of restaurant any small town would be delighted to have. The owners are amazingly friendly, the atmosphere is totally welcoming and unstuffy and the food is excellent. The thin crust pizza in particular is some of the best I've had in the UK...fresh, yeasty dough with a nice chewiness, crisp on the bottom, with good cheese nicely browned on top. The toppings are good quality and generous, especially the variety of meats. We usually get the pepperoni with bacon and green pepper, but the farmhouse with ham and mushroom is excellent as well. The service makes you feel like a welcome member of an extended family.

I personally wouldn't mind a little extra spice or seasoning on the pizzas, but that's a minor complaint...this pizza is good enough to keep me coming back. And if you have kids, this is exactly the sort of casual, family-friendly place you covet.

A large pizza easily serves three people, and with salad and garlic bread makes a meal for four. And you can take with you whatever you don't finish. What's not to like about that?
