“Body and soul healing place”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 4, 2012 via mobile

Just married and happy but exhausted we plopped in this peaceful and elegant historic guesthouse. Everything was discrete and equilibrate, while the beauty of the landscape was the perfect sightseeing for souls looking for rest, charme and careful details. The owners run the service directly - they also leave there - giving the sensation of being part of something.

We recently visited Leonardo and Camilla's hidden treasure of a home + hotel
Attention to detail was extraordinary and all the rooms and space around the house and pool were understated and very stylish. Our hosts were most gracious and helpful, we had a great time exploring the surrounding restaurants that they hand picked for us ......we will definitely be going back ....Tim and Sue

If you are looking for absolute tranquility, in the middle of this magnificent Umbrian nature, in a wonderful restored house with a hosting family which is absolute charming, attentive and generous, with love for antique and authenticity, then you are at the right address. We only stayed for one night on our way to Tuscany but we would love to go back to this top address. Thank you Leonardo for the unforgettable stay!

Leonardo as every review suggests is an exceptional host and a really nice man.nothing is to much trouble and he and his mother are passionate about the restoration of the Dove tower which they have made into an idyllic hotel retreat for couples or families. The service and food is first class and the stunning location away from anything more than a country lane make it the most peaceful and tranquil hotel you could wish for.thankyou hope to stay again soon,I will certainly recommend torre palombara to anyone.

Staying at Torre Palombara is a wonderful experience! The owner, Leonardo, and his mother was incredible, as was the luxuriuos accomodation and surrounding villages. We went for 3 nights and will definitely stay over here again if we every have the opportunity. Leonardo helped us with places to visit and we had fantastic dinner(s) in Stroncone at a true Italian restaurant (we went back on the last night). Narni had a midieval festival on the Saturday evening which was entertaining.

Torre Palombara has excellent facilities to relax and wind down (a fabulous pool area, wireless internet and a lounge area). The rooms, the pool, the vineyards, the hospitality... we will visit again in the near future!

The owner, Leonardo, was incredible, as was his villa....his staff created an incredible meal the first night...we sampled wine from his vineyard and he even drove us to a local restaurant one night so we wouldn't get lost.

Ive never stayed in a more beautiful setting....the pool, the rooms, the view of the vineyard and rolling countryside.....i cant wait to go back

This hotel is absolutely fantastic. We loved here everything, even our search of the hotel for 3 hours worth it! We spent a week traveling allover Lazio and Toscana and fell in love only with Torre Palombara. It has special family atmosphere. Leonardo is very hospitable owner and good person.
We’ve booked two-storeyed room with terrace and romantic view for 230 euro. Breakfast was very delicious ala carte and buffet with appetizers, fruits and pastries. The hotel doesn’t have its own restaurant, but nearby there is a great small town called Narni. Thanks to Leonardo who recommended us visiting this fantastic place. During this period (beginning of may) in Narni is arranged a medieval festival and it is really breathtaking.
I recommend this place for everyone!
