The Hotel and Thermae are interconnected, and that is pleasant. The reception is efficient (once found) and the rooms are big and well furnished. Some of the rooms have frescoes, and some are on a double level. We actually had booked a Junior Suite prestice on a double level, and as memebers of LHW we where supposed to be upgraded... and we ended up in room 215 that was on a single level looking at the wing where a nice crane was operating and reconstruction work was underway. i am not sure this was a real upgrade.
The thermae are quite nice with an heated outside swingpool, but the whirlpool was not funtioning.
It's a great place for a complete relax, and is so close to Pisa.
