“Family Tip”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 29, 2012

The resort communicates a bit the feeling of a outpost settlement or camping, but with all required supplies from fully equipped good sized bungalows to swimming pool and easy access to the city center of Pisa. Ver nice place!!

Good hotel with very clean large swimming pool. We stayed for2 nights. We landed at pisa airport about 10pm and were worried about finding the hotel. It is only 15mins from the airport and although very dark we managed to find the hotel after only one wrong turn. On arrival the cupboard with the cooking equipment and utensils was padlocked. Don't worry, if you go to reception the next day thy will give you the key so you can use the cooking facilities.
The hotel was clean and comfortable and served well for a few nights stay. The swimming pool is a public pool and the local community frequent the pool as well as the hotel guests. You must buy a swimming cap for the pool as everyone must wear one to swim. The caps are £2.50 are you can buy them at entrance to the pool. The staff at the hotel and pool are very friendly and help as much as they can. Please note : there is a tax charged in Pisa which is £1.50 per person per day. This is added to your bill and you have to pay this tax when you leave. If you go to a restaurant and are charged this tax then keep your receipt as this can count as pay for the tax for that day.

Room Tip: Bungalow style rooms, all very quiet, all seem good quiet rooms

It is new about 6 km away from the leaning tower. You need a car and a GPS. The room is spacious enough, the bathroom decent and the living room so so. It is a hotel / motel with poor ( IKEA ) rooms but it wants to be rich.
During our stay - 3 nights - they neither change the towels and the sheets nor cleaned the room.
The parking is outside the gate.

This isn't a hotel so much as a small cluster of self container chalets. The chalets are clean, modern and spacious. It has a large double bedroom, a dining/living room, a small kitchen and decent sized bathroom.

The site itself well maintained and is gated, although apart from loading/unloading cars must be parked outside the gates. That said, the area didn't feel particularly unsafe.

The outside pool is large and well maintained. The sun loungers are free and plentiful.

The only real downside to this place is how far from Pisa it is. It's fine in a car (although Pisa itself isn't!) but the bus service wasn't too regular.

We decided to stay at eden park primarily for the price but the location was a bonus. Short drive to Pisa and Florence the eden park was a great base. Accommodation (motel style) was modern, spacious and functional, unlike hotels and would suit a family.

We are family of 3 with 2 year old. We enjoyed stayin here. The resort is new so everything is clean. Pool is large with great kids area. In August it was quite busy and only negative is that it is not so good for lane swimming. Breakfast was simple but adequate. The resort was small and car free apart from unloading. The staff were great, really friendly and helpful and gave great restaurant recommendations. Car is essential but Pisa is only short ride away and convenient for going to Lucca, 15 minutes by car (highly recommended). The only annoyance was we has noisy neighbours and walls not that sound proof. It is also in beautiful settings.

First of all I`d like to thank the staff especially Mr. Alessandro the owner who were really helpful,.
The resort is near the airport and near the center of Pisa but a car is a must. The apartments are well organized, clean and spacious.
you can have a breakfast for €5 which includes bread, butter, toast, marmalade, cappucino, tea or coffee, cereal and yogurt.
Obviously a place to be.
