“Brilliant place”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 6, 2013

It one of those, hidden behind a large gate, that shows a normal home but in side itis peaceful, clean, and the owner very nice. Not the usual farmhouse b&b,breath taken, five mins from Pisa, safe and sound for parking your car, breakfast was great with the personal service, overall great place to stay.

This is a well priced stopover about 10/15 minutes from the airport and around 10 minutes from the Leaning Tower. The owner is very friendly and enthusiastic and speaks enough English words to make things clear.
The room was very clean and comfortable with French windows opening out to a neat and tidy garden. There are a list of " rules" about not eating in the room etc which were initially off putting but infact it was a perfectly relaxed stay. The owner is very keen to help and provided a good breakfast much earlier than the notices said as we had an early flight.
Though it did not affect us it is worth noting that on the outside door is a notice that the bell to attract the owner on arrival should not be rung after 10.00 at night. Anyone planning a late arrival should perhaps make arrangements to do so before turning up.
All in all this was a good stay and a well run B&B that provides value for money and convenience.

Excellent location, only a few minutes away from the famous Tower. Secure location with a parking (free) within the premises, closed off by a gate. Easy access. Comfortable, rather large room. Very clean. A large living room with a large screen TV (there is also a small TV in the room) and comfortable sofas is made available to guests. Good breakfast with fresh products. Warm and friendly welcome. Our hostess could speak enough English (and French) to hold a simple conversation - very useful when the guests don't speak Italian! An address to recommend. If you don’t feel like going far to eat, don’t hesitate to try the little pizzeria across the street: excellent and more than affordable. Only negative aspect, through no fault from the owner: the guests from the said pizzeria can be very loud … but since the pizzeria closed at about 11 o’clock; by 11:30, everything was quiet for the night. We could also have alleviated the problem by switching on the air conditioning, but fresh air is so much nicer!

Room Tip: Perhaps a room facing the garden instead of the street? It is worth asking.

We stayed at this B&B located in a residential suburb some 7 km from Pisa on the last night of our holiday before flying home the next morning. The proprietor was welcoming, friendly and accommodating. We had two rooms, a tripple for the children which was a good size and double which was a bit small but fine for an overnight stay. Rooms were clean and tastefully furnished. There was also a very nice lounge area with TV as well as a cosy breakfast kitchen. We were leaving quite early for the airport and the proprietor happily provided breakfast at 7.00 am. Convenient for Pisa and the airport - a good place to use as a base to explore the area for a day or two or as a stop over when flying into or out of Pisa.

We stayed at Pisa Holidays for one night on arrival in Italy. We had got lost and arrived quite late at the hotel (11pm). The manager was very accomodating and welcomed us in. Our room was very clean, bright and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely with a personal service. Ample parkinng.
