I am very surprised of the good reviews made on this restaurant.
Honestly, the terrace is wonderful (ample and relaxing with a small fountain in the center, close to the facade of the Orsini's palace etc.) and the inside is even better (the whole dining area is located in the inside of an ancient mill, dug into the tuff, astonishing). So, it's true, the place is really amazing, relaxing and stuff.
However, the pizza here is simply UNACCEPTABLE. First of all, getting it takes forever. We had to wait almost one hour and the place was nearly empty... Second, the quality of the food is well below average and the quality of the pizza in particular is simply BAD. The topping is super-scarce and of a bad quality itself. The the Pizza Dough is terrible, once cooked, you'll get it as hard as a piece of stone... very difficult to digest... (I had it the entire night with me in my stomach...).
So, if you want to eat a pizza, DO NOT enter here, you will be unpleased (unless you do not know how a real pizza should taste like). I am Italian, so please follow my advice ;-)
Actually, if you want to see this place, I recommend you to do so with your camera ready, take a few pictures, and see what the atmosphere looks like (especially go inside and see the interior of the ancient mill), and when you are done with your videos/pictures, go somewhere else to eat ;-)
You may want to stay for the atmosphere, as I did ;-) but...
