A bit hard to find, it is right next door to a campground called "Miami Plage". They required 100 Euros refundable deposit for the key, I have no idea if they would accept other currencies from people living outside the Euro zone.
We took a four (+ child) bed apartment. Two rooms, a bedroom and the living room / kitchen. Our flat was sufficiently close to the main road for that to be a bit annoying at night, I'd guess 180 metres. It was also right on the internal road so we could clearly hear the ceremony of the emptying of the dustbins two nights a week. One night it was almost too hot to sleep, but hell - this is Corsica, not Iceland. Aircraft start their landing approach almost above the complex, there may have been four of them all week.
Sheets+Towels (+ TP) were provided for around 15 Euros / Person for the week. There was some local tax of around 6 Euros. We paid both at the end of the week.
The kitchen had a fridge, coffee machine, microwave, saucepans, a frying pan, knives (kitchen and table), forks and spoons. I think there was a freezer there as well. Local bakers visit at around 08:00 and 09:00 (later during the week, earlier at weekends) so that is taken care of. The nearest shops are in Folelli (N) or Moriani Plage (S). We flew in and just stayed a week, that made cooking rather impractical.
The restaurant does 'complicated' pretty well, if you want 'simple' then you will need to get in the car and head for a pizza place. We often did. The only really poor food we had during the week was at Moriani Plage one evening.
WLAN is unencrypted. They give you a cryptic userid+password combination at the office, valid for the number of days you are staying there. Our flat was on the edge of the complex and the signal was weak but adequate for my purposes.
That's about it. The people at the office (next to the bar / restaurant) are friendly and the water warm. Some English is spoken, one of the waitresses even spoke some German. The only real surprise was the 100 Euros at the start.
