We had lunch here in between visits to the chateaux. Service was slow and brusque but this was forgiven because of the excellent steaks which were grilled over the open log fire in the main dining room. Two of our party had salads (crab and duck respectively) which were so-so, and the other two had the grilled steaks which had a great smoky flavour, perfectly charred, and accompanied by great frites. Other tables were having grilled whole fish which looked just as good and I suspect the grilled items are the way to go.
