Ate at Morphos for our last dinner in St. Elena near Monteverde and a great dinner. We had the shrimp with rice which was good, but a little skimpy on the shrimp. Chicken mushroom spaghetti in white sauce but smaller portion than I would have expected. The Chicken and Tortilla salad was fantastic and a super value as you can make two meals out of it and the quartered potatoes were simple but tasty and hit the spot...The coconut flan was very good but the best dessert I have ever had in my life was the homemade frozen peanut butter pie...it was so good, I ordered one to go the very next day..It was outrageous!
Nice ambience and a little more upscale than most restaurants in Costa Rica..
